First off Britney was great to deal with she was very nice and easy to work with she's the only reason I am even giving 1 star. I got a truck from Markosion about 5 weeks ago and already its been in the nice and easy to work with she's the only reason I am even giving 1 star. I got a truck from Markosion about 5 weeks ago and already its been in the shop twice. They say they check out the cars they sell and would never sell a car that has mechanical issues. The first issue I knew about and they agreed to fix it we made appointment to have it fixed it took alot longer for it to be fixed then they said it would and after it was done my husband picked it up and it was still idling rough. About 30 minutes to an hour later they started calling me multiple times while I was at work they called me 3 times and texted me 3 times about a part that there mechanic left in the back of my truck! First all not my fault there mechanic did that second why was someone else's part in my truck to begin with? So after I got off work I had to go back and give them the part and told them the truck was still acting weird. The girl at the service department has no customer service skills at all. She was annoyed that I asked for a mechanic. A man named Costa looked at it and told me my engine mounts are bad and said it was normal and not a big deal. We later found out this can be a big problem and can make the vehicle unsafe to drive. I am not a mechanic so I believed him. Within the next couple a weeks I noticed the vibrations were getting worse so when scheduling an appointment for an oil change had another mechanic look at it and the driver side engine mount had basically failed which is not good and could cause more damage to the engine also it makes the vehicle unsafe to drive. So I had to make an appointment for about a week later my appointment was at 930 am and it should take about 3 hours it actually took 7 and a half hours when we called to ask why it wasn't done they said just because an appointment was made doesn't really mean much they just try to (squeeze it in) what is the point in making an appointment? They say they inspect the vehicles before they sell them I don't really believe this because we did some really routine maintenance and found the air filter was filled with dirt and leaves and 2 of the spark plugs were burnt out remind you this was barley 2 weeks after I got the car. It seems like this would be something that would be checked before selling a car. Bad spark plugs can cause alot of damage to the engine. It worries me to think they skipped basic stuff what else did they neglect to check? Also after picking up the truck from the service department the second time in 5 weeks it is still running pretty rough not sure what the issue is. I am really afraid to drive it long distances afraid that it will break down. Also the customer service over the phone is horrible I got hung up on twice today and also was told they are to busy like im not? I had to take time off work just to bring the vehicle in today. I shouldn't even have to bring in a vehicle in I've only had 5 weeks. More

My experience with the sales guys was absolutely great. however after 3 days of driving the car around my heater stopped working . So i call and ask to speak to the shop . So this single mom has to stop my life and ave my kids stay home from school because they failed to do a proper check on the car . I like the sales guys but every car place around them will offer their customer a loaner. More

You have lots of customers only because you lie through your teeth and when they try to do early turn in they are threatened with a repossesion so they stay under contract. I cant believe Fox 13 backs such a person or business as yours and take a chance on ruining there good name by association with such deciteful business practices. You may fool some of the public some of the time but you cant fool all the people all the time with ypur underhanded deceptive ways. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of the poor and desperate and elderly people of salt lake city.!!!! More

My transmission has gone out for the 2nd time on my Toyota Tundra. I've been asking for help since September because the vendor who repairs their cars has a 1 year or two year warranty on their repair Toyota Tundra. I've been asking for help since September because the vendor who repairs their cars has a 1 year or two year warranty on their repair work. Nobody at Markosian can answer if my repair is under warranty and help me out. I finally stopped making my payment and am working up the ladder through the collections process. I doubt they'll care and there current managers haven't. I've paid over $20k with the interest on a $14k loan and foot the repair bills for all the other repairs in this lease. I've replaced the tires (1 had a nail on test drive so they only gave me one tire!), battery, alternator, tie rods, first transmission. Haven't been able to drive the truck for 8 months if my lease. Please don't use this dealership. They deserve to go out of business. More

Rob Sales Manager Bought a car from them last Saturday Rob and Josh were great. Rob was up front and honest about all the paperwork went over it with me and he was patient when I had questions. I would recommend Rob and Josh to anyone who is needing to buy a car, they will take great car of you the whole time and make your car buying experience a good one. Monique M More

Awful place don’t ever buy a car from these people! They are scams..they will try to sell you a broken down car and then when you try and get into something else or say you don’t want to buy a car from them are scams..they will try to sell you a broken down car and then when you try and get into something else or say you don’t want to buy a car from them all together, they will refuse to let you get into something else, and if you chose to not keep the broken down car they will keep your entire down payment. They lied on the paper work what the mileage on the car was, and they use electronic signatures for the paper work so they can put your signature on documents they never even showed you. I don’t recommend going here in less you want to be lied to and your money stolen from you. Very sketchy people! More

Michelle Smith was amazing to work with. She was very helpful and listened to what i was interested in. She didnt pressure me on something i didnt want. Michelle made this a great experience and I will happily use her again if i make another vehicle purchase again.
