My son ordered a car and put a deposit down. It took 7 months to arrive. The car was damaged and the make-ready people not only didn’t clean up the car completely they also missed the very visib It took 7 months to arrive. Because we were upset about the damage the manager Josh decided not to sell it to us. He mentioned “our survey” several times meaning their numbers are more important to them than anything. They would rather have customers who display “ignorance is bliss” rather than provide actual customer service. Very disappointed after such a long wait. I am telling everyone I know and anyone who will listen to avoid Max Haik Chevy on Katy Freeway at all costs! Worst experience I’ve had from a dealership ever. More
