To my pleasant surprise Charles "read me" quite well, was very personable and accommodating, showed me the products I wanted to see, and could tell which one seemed most appropriate for me. He hit the nail on the head. In all my 63 plus years of dealing with auto dealers I always go in as an educated consumer expecting to fight my way to a decent, fair deal. I knew my numbers for my trade-in and I knew where, in the best of all worlds, I probably would reach after a tough back and forth struggle. Then came the moment of final negotiation which in the past has always felt like "preparing for battle". The finance manager came in, (can't remember his name,but he was excellent) gave a clear presentation and with a minor adjustment we had a deal.
