Both are very personable, professional and honestly interested in helping you. We had fun on our test drive and amazingly thru negotiations. They were more than fair with us, better than the local dealership! Also amount of vehicles was far greater, giving us a great selection to choose from! This is the first time we can say it was a FUN experience! Impressive! Would recommend anyone looking to purchase to take the drive here! Thanks guys for doing a great job! Love the car too! ?? More

I did not feel pressured at any time, which I have always felt at other dealerships. The entire process was very quick, but I never felt rushed. I would highly reccomed this dealership and my salesperson! More

That is why they were give The Internet salesman, the initial salesman, and the sales manager were all very friendly, accommodating and professional. That is why they were given 5 stars. However, the car was advertised as immaculate with about $1000.00 over the Kelly Blue price, yet had the following problems: Broken seat retracting button; deep gouges on the glove compartment lid; rear windshield wiper rubber was tearing off; front windshield washer nozzle didn't work properly; license plate bulb was not working; headlights seemed misaligned; cigarette lighter was missing; wiring harness on U-Haul bike rack holder was ripped and shredded; right front fender was dented; some doors/panels had dings and scratches; a wheel center cap was loose. The worst defect, though, was a windshield crack was purposefully covered up with a small, non-dealer sticker stating some types of checks had been done. The sticker (from some unknown company) had a disclaimer on it that the checks were not certifying the vehicle in any manner. In other words, a fake, cheesy sticker that had nothing to do with the car or indicated any warranty on the car was carefully placed over the windshield crack about 10 inches up from the bottom of the windshield on the driver's side. For more clarity, the car's "year" sticker (2006) and the word "Special" (advertising) sticker were placed on the upper right side of the windshield. If the cheesy sticker had any validity, you would think it would have the dealer's name on it and be placed where other pertinent stickers were placed: either prominently on the top of the windshield, or on the rear left door window, where the "As Is" sticker was placed. I pointed all these defects out to the salesman and the sales manager, who both disavowed any knowledge of them. It's possible they may not have been aware of these things until I brought it to their attention. The point is SOMEBODY had knowledge of these defects when the vehicle was processed through their service & detail areas. Therefore, BUYER BEWARE of this dealership because they falsely advertise conditions of cars, they are unethical and are willing to sell a vehicle with a known crack in the windshield among other things. Let's just say I didn't notice the crack and the vehicle was otherwise immaculate. If I proceeded to buy it, it would go something like this: After the paper signing, they would remove all stickers, wash the car and have it ready for pick up. Then I would clearly see the obvious windshield crack and OOPS! Too bad it’s my fault for buying the vehicle "As Is" from a seedy and untrustworthy dealer. What happened was the sales manager said they would not do any more work on the vehicle to correct any defects. This is par for the course for a slimy dealership. For the windshield, he suggested I could buy the car, wait a month, then claim the windshield was damaged and go through my insurance company so I wouldn't have to pay for it (apparently there is a law in FL that covers this so you don't have to pay a deductible). Just add this to the unethical behavior of this dealership. I told the sales manager I was duly warned by reviews on Yelp (I suggest you read all of them) about how awful this dealership treated customers, but I overlooked them because I liked the color & style of the car. So I drove 89 miles to give them a chance and they proved the Yelp reviews to be true. I think I'll copy this review on Yelp to help spread the word: BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purposefully left off the name of the sales manager because you know who you are. I only put the salesman's name because this form required it. You, the buyer, should avoid ALL sales managers and ALL cars here. You, the buyer, should not waste your time at this dealership. If people don’t frequent bad dealers, the bad dealers go away. I told the sales manager that from this point on, it's on his conscience that whoever may look at that car will be very upset if he or the dealership doesn't reveal the windshield crack before they buy it. It's a white 2006 Scion XB--FYI. P.S. Oh, and please spare us, Ms. Rachel Webb, from your paltry apologies and excuses for the inexcusable actions of your dealership from the top down. If you, the buyer, read the Yelp reviews, you’ll see Rachel Webb doing damage control by apologizing in response to scathing reviews that further reveal the ugly and low-life dealings of Lexus of Orlando. We than returned late in the day and everyone treated us as if we were 'the first customers of the day', which after a long day is hard for even the best staff, so good on you Lexus of Orlando... It's our first Lexus so we will hold back on that review but if the Service side is as good as the Sales, then they will have life long customers. More

After a short hospital stay and working with her insurance company who quickly admitted to their clients culpability they cut me a generous check. I set out to replace my vehicle, with a Lexus which after 10 deployed air bags I felt had saved me and my son's life. I explained my situation and out of loyalty I approached several dealerships and after having a deal set in writing with Ft. Lauderdale was told the vehicle was sold a day before arrival. Having filled out all the paperwork with Tampa down to signing for the vehicle was told the they could not hold my check for one day, this after having only hours before being told it would not be a problem. Finally with Clearwater, the internet department gave me one price only to up it a day later saying there must have been a mis-communication, I felt like a donkey in a pony show. In comes Lexus of Orlando, I initiated contact with Tara Russo in internet sales consultant who quickly responded that they had my vehicle ready. After the previous Pony Show with the other dealerships I was cautious, but in Speaking with Gary Gordon the sales manager who assured me his word was his bond I made an appointment and headed to Orlando. On arrival, the first thing I saw was my new Lexus IS250 2015 sitting in front of the entrance. On entering I received the most courteous reception of any dealership I have ever been to. In short, me and my family were treated like VIP's and it only kept getting better. My first encounter was with Gary Gordon who unlike other dealerships, sat down with us, made sure we were comfortable and engaged us in a great conversation. He asked about our accident, offered advice from experience, talked to our kids and was genuinely interested in our situation. An hour went by quickly and we were totally enchanted with the Lexus of Orlando experience. In my opinion (If Lexus is listening) Gary should be a role model for all Sales Managers in the Lexus franchise, he is truly an excellent person. At this point Gary went to look for a team member to help us out. Note, during this, my wife who had threatened to leave me in Orlando if this didn't work out, after a week of frustration with other dealerships, reached over and said, "This drive was well worth it, I am happy we came here". She was happy and had a smile on her face and like any man knows, a happy wife is a happy home. In comes Jorge Lauirica, best described as well mannered, charming, smart, attentive and extremely knowledgeable on Lexus products. Again, the same welcoming and special treatment we were now getting accustomed to at Orlando. I have to clarify that the VIP treatment there is not one with false flattery like you get at other places were you feel they are treating you right because they have to, but rather a genuine concern about pleasing, where you feel the employees love working for Lexus and they want to make absolutely sure you are satisfied. Jorge represented exactly that. Again, very eloquent conversationalist, beyond excellent knowledge but most importantly addressed all questions and catered to every concern we had. It was hard to believe that so much good was coming out of a dealership. My wife was charmed by Jorge Laurica(Lexus take note). Next we were taken to Finance to work with Roman Savostin who like the other employees had us charmed with the process of doing paperwork. He presented the facts, did not try to up sell us with needless add ons but instead presented us with information about the warranty and the right one that would benefit us given the mileage we normally drive. And here is the kicker, we had a cashiers check that it turns out was more than what we needed to pay. It was our mistake but he found at it, while working for a dealership of all places. He said they could cut us a check for the difference but at this point, I was so grateful with the experience that I made a point to look for something to spend just out of gratitude for the healing experience Lexus of Orlando had provided. I bought the 3M window tint and ended up paying more than the cashiers check. It was a win-win for all of us. The icing on the cake, came from Jorge who took us to the show room to deliver our prepped vehicle. My wife was almost in tears by what we saw. After a month of dealing with the hard ship of the accident, injuries to me and my son, a 1-year old brand new Lexus totaled and three other dealerships that were atrocious we were presented with our vehicle. Their in the middle of the room stood a brand new car, with a tremendously oversized red bow on top(thank you Jorge) and a nice stand with the family name printed out thanking us for being there. This was unbelievable, I was so grateful to everyone, I cannot thank Lexus of Orlando enough for the treatment we received and the genuinely excellent experience they gave us. Tara Russo, the internet specialist came out and not to sound inappropriate was very beautiful. She is the reason we came to Lexus having put everything together for us. I had a hard time reconciling that if she is so effective with internet sales how much more she could be on the floor dealing directly with the public coming in. Again, same experience, charming, interested and you could tell she had a genuine love working for the her company. Finally on our way out, I wanted to thank Gary Gordon for the experience. We went to the floor and found him dealing with other customers. From the smile and the happiness of their conversation I could tell that the VIP treatment offered to Lexus customers at Orlando was genuine. People, if you are tired of dealing with the local Lexus dealerships and feel that you are not getting the treatment you deserve, trust me, I have purchased three Lexus's at three different dealerships in Florida and I guarantee you, they are well, well worth the drive. Btw, they have a complete service building that day was taking care of over 400 appointments. The service area offers complimentary everything and honestly offers better goodies than you would get at the Peabody(now Hyatt). Cheers and enjoy the ride. Sean More

The commercial said I would get a gift card or money if I did a test drive – I didn’t get anything other than a handshake and a smile. On 12/21/2014 I went to Lexus of Orlando for my scheduled Test Drive of a used 2011 Lexus Rx 350. I am on a strict budget and the vehicle was a little above my price range. Baoliang Pan was the absolute best person to work with. I met Pan when he immediately greeted me with a smile at the door. I was nervous and pessimistic about the car due to the price being outside of my budget but Pans positive demeanor put me at ease. He was extra cordial to my elderly mother and so sweet to my 4 year old daughter who was also with me. During the test drive I was so nervous but his calmness and excellent explanation of the cars bells and whistles made me fall in the love with the car. After the test drive we sat at the desk with another guy to discuss the car. He seemed like he could be a nice person but just like in other areas of life not everyone can be good at everything with everyone. I am sooo happy that Pan stayed with me during that discussion, because he seemed to understand me better when I discussed my budget and bank. The next morning Pan called and they did come down a few hundred dollars on price though I needed them to come down a few more hundred. I was able to get the car of my dreams on 12/22/2014. Pan even went above and beyond by delivering the car the same evening to my house which was 45 minutes away, by having his friend drive his personal vehicle behind him just so I can surprise my mother with the car for Christmas! (You would think that Lexus of Orlando would offer a loaner car?) Talk about exceeding expectations! Its rare when someone takes personal responsbility to offer fabulous customer service. Pan made our Christmas special! Overall, my experience with Lexus of Orlando was absolutely wonderful. I think now this will be the only place I will ever buy a car. If anyone has any questions about my review- KorynBoyd@yahoo.com Oh special shoutout to the employee from guyana, and the employee from inverness- I love talking to nice people! My mother said that Pan's Friend and Co-worker who helped deliver the car deserved a raise for helping us when he had no reason to do so. More

Since I moved to Gainesville, 5 years ago, I wasn't sure if I should take my car somewhere else until one day I was lucky enough to get Dominic to assist me. I have no doubt that he is the major reason why I drive about 2 hours to have Lexus of Orlando to service my car and I will definitely buy my new car with you! I had visited the dealership on two occasions several months apart and driven two different models. The second visit was in regard to a newly-released model. Charles spent time with me going car-by-car though the lot and found one that matched my specific requirements. I've had the new car a week and find that it is all that I had expected--and more. When I picked up the car, Charles took time to run me through the key features and asked that I call with any questions. More
Always go above and beyond! - Wayne Kerr Wayne Kerr is the best service advisor that I've had the pleasure of working with. He always treats you with respect and courtesy and gives great rec Wayne Kerr is the best service advisor that I've had the pleasure of working with. He always treats you with respect and courtesy and gives great recommendations and advice. One specific situation in which he and his team at Lexus deserve recognition is a specific instance with the factory paint job on my 2008 IS 250. My car is a little over 6 years old and has about 76k miles on it when I noticed that the white pearl paint on top of both of the rear passenger doors started to chip away. I found this very odd considering the car isn't that old and has always been well maintained. I took it to two different body shops and they both independently told me that this usually occurs with white cars who have had a poor paint job in production and that it's most common on American/GM white cars. I decided to take the car to Wayne at Lexus of Orlando to see if they could help me out with it. I realized I was out of warranty coverage on the paint and Wayne informed me of this but he also found it odd that this would be happening on a Lexus. He took pictures of the car and sent them to his district manager and explained the situation. The district manager said that this type of work wouldn't be covered as the warranty had expired. Wayne however persisted and requested that his district manager look at the car the next time he was to visit Lexus of Orlando. When it came time for that visit, Wayne gave me a call to see if I could bring in the car so that the district manager can look at it. After analyzing it, Lexus graciously decided to cover the cost of repainting the two rear doors AS WELL as the two front doors to make sure they matched correctly as a goodwill gesture! I was floored and couldn't believe it! That is what you call customer service! This completely renewed my faith in the quality of the Lexus brand and service! If it wasn't for Wayne's persistence in "making it right" and not taking "no" for an answer, my car would still have it's paint peeling without even reaching 100,000 miles. I highly recommend Wayne as Service Advisor and commend the team at Lexus of Orlando for their great customer service. Next time I am in the market for a new car, I will undoubtedly look first at Lexus and recommend Wayne and Lexus of Orlando to all of my friends. More
