As pictures were not currently available, Charles offered to go back, find the car, and sent a large amount of pictures. This provided this information needed when deciding to make the trip to view the car. And he did all of this very quickly. Upon seeing the vehicle, Charles continued to provide amazing service, arranging a technician to update the navigation system and keeping us up to date the entire time. This time, at Lexus of Orlando, was the best I have experienced. Charles Ream bent over backwards in several ways for us to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. The car had just arrived and had not been inspected by the dealer yet, so Charles drove it to our home that evening, an hour from the dealership. He is to be commended for going beyond what is expected in a car salesman. Buying or leasing a car can be a hassle because of high pressure salesmen and unnecessary added fees. We experienced none of that at Lexus of Orlando. Charles Ream, his manager, Ray (do not recall his last name), and Jose Fulgencio in finance were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful.
