I've had a LEXIS for 5 years and enjoyed their professional service and amenities but the sales support is just as good or better. After visiting the Mercedes dealership in Maitland and having nobody even say hi in the 30 minutes I was there, it was refreshing to be greeted by a sales rep at Lexus who put me under no pressure. Lexus even had last week a wonderful truly educational event for customers which was very low key - put on by their service dept. not sales - it was great. This dealership goes out of its way at its cost for the little things that to me add up to big things. Its likely next time I buy a car I won't even visit another dealer - and I'm not an easy sale. I appreciate the extra efforts of Lexus and this dealership. More

They made up for the horribly demeaning experience that me and my family had Jacksonville, FL at two of the dealerships local Lexus dealerships :(. They brought back the joy in the experience for each of us. So much so that I have been telling everyone about the grand experience that me and my family had, from the red carpet to the words spoken so gentle and kind towards each member of my family. In short it was the Disney World of car lots! As I mentioned a little earlier the staff really went out of their way to make my car purchasing experience with Lexus a GRAND one!!! Thank you all.
