I had inquired online, and was promptly contacted by Adrian who talked me through the initial inquiry process, and connected me with Chanlin. Chanlin was incredibly responsive walking us through our options, and the full financing/purchase process by phone and email. Within 24 hours of our first email, we had made the trip to Orlando to finalize paperwork and pick up the car. We were greeted by Charles who rounded out our incredible service experience. Charles took us through a thorough walk-thru of our new car, and really took the time to make sure that we were comfortable and happy in our new purchase.
