Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! My husband and I drove up from Punta Gorda - a 3 hour trip each way - to look at a Mercedes. We were greeted at the door by Charles Ream. When he he My husband and I drove up from Punta Gorda - a 3 hour trip each way - to look at a Mercedes. We were greeted at the door by Charles Ream. When he heard how far we had driven, the first thing he said was "I'll point you in the direction of the restrooms!" We laughed, but I greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness! He immediately had the called pulled up for us to look at, and gave my husband and I some "alone time" to look the car over and test drive it. We were very familiar with this make/model car, and made up our minds very quickly that we wanted it (if the price was right of course!). When we came back inside, Charles brought us to his office and had snacks and cold beverages waiting for us! Again, another very thoughtful gesture! We then met with Steven Wofford who took us through the "bargaining" phase. When we told him where we would like to be, he immediately said "we are not far off from each other" instead of the usual "NO WAY!" After just a few minutes more, we had made the deal! Easy and simple and without all the undue stress that sometimes accompanies buying a car. A great big "thank you" goes out to Steven. Last stop was to meet with Sterling, who had us sign all the necessary paperwork. Sterling got us out in a very timely manner - another very appreciated gesture. Now it was time for us to get in our car and drive away - but not before a great photo was taken of us by the car and a case of water placed in our trunk! A shout-also should go to the very polite gentleman who so graciously made sure my car was gleaming both inside and outside (especially because it had rained very hard that day). One last comment - we were told that there was only 1 key available for this car, This was a bit disappointing as it is a Mercedes and the key cost is around $250. There also wasn't an Owners Manual (this car has 3 different ones) which was disappointing (and a set costs around $90)- however - none of these issues were the fault of this Dealer. P.S. There is a bright spot - I received a call today from Charles who said that they did find the other key and it is going in the mail to us!!! Very happy with this!! All in all, this was an amazing process. I would not hesitate to recommend this Dealership to anyone! More

Every aspect from trade in through new lease initiation was transparent, fair and made easy. Between Jorge, Page, Adrian and Roman, this entire process of trading in one car and leasing another was extraordinarily efficient. I mentioned a previous prolonged purchase experience with a competing dealer, and this crew went above and beyond to find what we were after and minimize time wasted at a car dealership. It was the best of both- we never felt rushed, but when we were ready to move forward, everything was done quickly. I have no doubt we will return to this team for the next purchase in the coming months. Of the last several car purchases, this was undoubtedly the most pleasant. More

Each encounter with Steve has been a positive one! Last week I had washed my key and my windows started to automatically roll down every time I locked my car. In a rush to get this fixed, I came to Lexus on Steve's day off. I was quoted an insane price and decided to wait till the next day in order to speak with Steve. THANK GOD I waited! The price quoted was incorrect and Steve was able to fix my key at a reasonable price. To top it off I didn't have to wait long! I would highly recommend Steve to family and friends. He has gone above and beyond my expectations. Thank You Steve! More
