Our family of four (including two small children) made a two and a half hour drive to look at a specific vehicle and the staff at this dealership made us feel welcome from the moment we drove up. Robert, our product specialist, and Omar, the sales manager, were reasonable, accommodating, and relaxed - never pushy or belligerent like another dealership we dealt with recently. Even our financing specialist (I apologize, his name escapes me) was courteous and understanding when discussing our wishes for financing. Best car buying experience to date! I don't typically write reviews, but my experience with Lexus was so unexpected that I felt compelled to share. The day I walked into Lexus was after I don't typically write reviews, but my experience with Lexus was so unexpected that I felt compelled to share. The day I walked into Lexus was after several other dealership visits, a very poor on in particular that turned me away from buying a car I had my heart set on, and I was ready to go home. This all changed when I received the absolutely best customer service I have every had to date from Sales Associate Robert Calupca! He set a precedence that may make me a Lexus owner for life! Not only did he follow me around in the rain while I looked at every car on the lot in the model I was interested in, but he stayed with me almost 2 hours after dealership hours after I had finished up paperwork to patiently walk me through every feature of my new car (I'm not very good with the technology gadgets in these cars). If that wasn't enough, he called to check up on me for the next couple of weeks to see if I had any questions or additional needs. I cant say enough about what a positive experience this was, and Lexus would be crazy not to do anything they could to keep Robert around! I will certainly be back to Lexus to see Robert for our next purchase! More
