They take the ownership experience to a new level I bought my first Lexus in the early 90's, but strayed twice to the competition, once to Mercedes and the other time to BMW. But I always came back t I bought my first Lexus in the early 90's, but strayed twice to the competition, once to Mercedes and the other time to BMW. But I always came back to Lexus of Orlando because of their ownership experience, which is like no other. The other dealers did a decent job and I had no real complaints. But it's different at Lexus, because everyone there cares about satisfying the customer...everyone. From day one I had a great relationship with my service advisor, and Alan is now their service manager (talk about continuity). But now Stephen is my 'personal concierge' and treats me like I am his only customer. He understands the nuances of his customers needs and endeavors to make the service experience as easy and simple as possible. When a car dealer makes a reference to family it's usually about their family of cars or their family of dealerships....it's all about them. But when Lexus refers to family, they take great pride in the ownership experience and refer to Lexus owners as their family. And Lexus of Orlando has been doing this for a quarter of a century. Before you discount this as an insiders review, I am a businessman that values my time, appreciates quality service and respects a business that exceeds expectations. Even when I'm waiting in their spacious customer lounge I can get some work done because their wifi is incredibly fast (I measured it at 50 Meg download speed. Others say they have wifi, but it is so slow you can't get anything done). When I'm not working I enjoy a couple of shots of Starbucks espresso while sitting in one of their massaging lounge chairs. Lexus of Orlando continues to raise the bar to a level that other dealers can only marvel at. They are proud of the ownership experience that they provide to their 'family', and continue to earn my loyalty every time I am there. More

My wife and I had the extreme pleasure of working with Charles Ream (performance/sales) and Steven Wofford (sales/finance), as we shopped potential new Lexus vehicles. The services of Lexus of Orlando, Winter Park most definitely did not disappoint. Charles greeted us with a calm, friendly, introductory smile, and followed with gentle inquiry about what we were looking to do that day. From start to finish and even days after the sale had been made, Charles worked with us to inform, educate, support and answer any questions or concerns we had, with anything Lexus specific, as well as things not; like general life. Specifically, I enjoyed the candid, non-pressured type of conversation with Charles, through our entire visit at Lexus of Orlando. We spent time talking about all of the sleek, sporty and luxurious features of the Lexus IS 250 F Sport, a variety of other potentially suitable Lexus vehicles (Charles extremely knowledgeable of all), or our families, careers, and positions on faith/hobbies; all of which were well-received with respect, thoughtfulness and friendly banter. A truly positive and uniquely enjoyable car buying experience! It didn't end on the sales lot either, because as we entered the air-conditioned comfort of the sales dealership itself, to finalize paperwork and negotiations, we were met yet again with the most accommodating service of Steven Wofford. Still supported by the presence of Charles Ream (since he had spent so much time with us and was knowledgeable of our desires), Steve was extremely cooperative, fair, trustworthy and integral to our successes that day at Lexus; meeting our "exact financial needs" as previously communicated with concern. We are looking forward to the next opportunity to purchase a vehicle through Lexus of Orlando Winter Park, as it may be sooner than expected, since the wife is now ready to trade-in her current SUV!
