My 2015 ES350 was in the shop yesterday for the 10,000 miles check up. On a scale of one to ten their service department is a ten plus. Victor Oquendo has been my Service Consultant for the last four years. We have become friends with Victor over the years. Yes can you imagine great friendly service at a car dealership in these days of customer NO SERVICE. If I had to use just one word to describe Victor is would be professional. I would never think of going to another dealership for a new car or for service except Lexus of Orlando. More

It was great experience to deal with Lexus of Orlando . I had some signs popped up on my screen. I love the hypbrids- this is my second and I average 40 mpg. The navigation system is wonderful- I can not imagine ever buying a car without. More
