Great service. Arrived at center and was taken care of immediately. We were told that the service would take all day and we were offered a loner car for the day. Whe Arrived at center and was taken care of immediately. We were told that the service would take all day and we were offered a loner car for the day. When service was completed, we were told we could pick it up the next day. Auto was ready but I forgot to tell them about a stain on the front seat. Without hesitation Jose had someone clean the seat. Always a pleasure to come back. More

All the staff when I drove up were very helpful and Luis Jurado made sure I was up-to-date and informed on how my car was doing. He really made it such an easy and smooth time for me. Also while you're waiting there's lots of different areas for customers to relax, including: a lounge with free wifi, complementary snacks, drinks and massage chairs! More
I bought my car over the phone hassle free I called to see if they had the car I wanted at the price I needed. Tara got all my info for the car and price I needed and called back right away with the exact offer I needed to get the car. My only concern was, will the offer be the same when I arrive as I live 90 minutes away? Well, it was even better. I didn't know they would pay my first month payment. I was so impressed with the efficiency of Tara getting me what I needed at the price I needle hassel-free. Dion took over once I arrived to get the car and he followed through on getting the car ready including the details of making sure my toll tag and license plate was off my old car and on the new car. I am happy with my new car and impressed with how they worked with me to get it. Roman and Carlos also were helpful as part of the sales package. Thank you, team! More

Unbelievably wonderful experience!!!!! After trying to communicate my needs to a Lexus dealership 4 miles from my home over several months I realized that the salesperson I had contacted ha After trying to communicate my needs to a Lexus dealership 4 miles from my home over several months I realized that the salesperson I had contacted had NO idea what I was looking for. Basically an easy transaction as defined herein: **Lease return and re-lease or purchase a 2015 or 2016 LEXUS RX-350. Had done all necessary research and was ready to move forward. When I spoke to the salesperson I reviewed my needs and she had a manager contact me. He left a ridiculous voice message that indicated that if I wanted a car not in stock that a dealer swap/vehicle locate would cost me $450. This is highly aberrant in standard auto sales. **This caused me to visit the Lexus of Orlando web site and check their inventory. They had the car I was looking for and contacted me within 15 minutes. Less than 24 hours later I purchased the exact car I was looking for. The experience involved 4 persons that were all attentive, intelligent, and kind. (Business development - internet salesperson =Tara, Salesman Gabriel, Manager Page for negotiations, and Finance manager - Roman. Easy and pleasant negotiations and advice from them. Driving the extra 54 miles resulted in a superb experience and excellent deal. I guess this explains why Orlando Lexus does a sales volume of 5 TIMES the other dealership which is apparently, 'A LEGEND IN IT'S OWN MIND." Repairs are Hit or Miss While the people are extremely friendly and will help in any way they can, this is not enough. The Service department is hit or miss. Some things they do fine but my experience is that you never know whether everything was done correctly, completely or satisfactorily. I brought my car in for a headlight not working and they checked it and told me everything was fine. I left the shop and 1/2 hour later when the sun went down my light did not come on. I took it back the next day and they fixed it. Previously I brought my car in for a tire and 20 min. after leaving I had the tire pressure light come on. One time the valet who was taking my car around to the shop, actually crashed into another car while pulling out of the line of cars. They fixed my car but had a loaner for a week. I have had repairs done where pretty standard repairs have take weeks because they have not had the parts in stock. I do NOT have a lot of confidence in the Service work they do. It is a shame there are so few Lexus Dealers in the area because I would definitely take my car to another one if I had the choice. If people skills is what you rate Service Departments by then Lexus is very friendly. If you are looking for Service done right the 1st time then I am not sure this Lexus Dealer should be your 1st choice. Just one person's opinion. More
