Best Car Service ever I have owned several Lexus cars for more than 17 years. I've had my car serviced in Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, California, Pennsylvania and in I have owned several Lexus cars for more than 17 years. I've had my car serviced in Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, California, Pennsylvania and in Orlando when we moved here in 2008. My service rep is Victor Oquendo. He is the consummate professional and repair expert. Last summer we were on a cross country trip. We had a scrapping sound coming from the wheels. I brought my car to 3 different dealers in 3 different states. Only after we returned to Orlando and handed the problem to Victor was it completely resolved. We are loyal LEXUS owners and fortunate to live in Orlando with the absolutely best service and repair dealer. More
In a pinch on vacation My family and I were visiting Orlando during a work/pleasure trip when we lost our master key to our 97 Lexus 300ES. I went into the parts department where David was very helpful in getting me 2 new keys made and even had a FOB on hand! My husband was thrilled! David then escorted me to Eliseo Morales in Service where he was able to have his techs program the FOB and had me back on the road to my family in less than an hour. Thanks for saving our vacation with your quick excellent service! More
A nightmare, totally discriminated. My husband and I went to lease a car. After we signed the payments agreement, Mr. Mohamed came back and said that we wouldnt be able to take the car o My husband and I went to lease a car. After we signed the payments agreement, Mr. Mohamed came back and said that we wouldnt be able to take the car on that day, that it was too late for them to process everything. So we asked him if we could pick it up the next day and he said "yes, I am sure you wont have any problems. The next day at noon, he called me and my husband saying that under any circunstances we were allowed to be on a lexus. Let me clarified that we were lexus' owner. We bought a IS 250 in 2007 and our payments were all on time, never late. At this point he told us that because of the credit, however we were offering $10,000 as a down payment for a lease but he said "no, your names cant appear in any of our contracts" really? I asked him what about with the coosigner and his words were "No, your names can appear in any of our cars" So what is this? If you look at their website, it explains clearly that they will work with any credit (good, or bad), so at this point , Is Lexus misleading his costumers with that information? or was it personal? Please, before you buy any car there, check and make sure they explain everything clearly, so you dont ended up like us and too many customers. Dont believe in the ad that they have on their website because it is not reliable. More

We were looking for a smaller car for the family and a car for his kids. We have been looking in the internet and have looked at some cars but nothing really has caught our attention due to several factors (condition of the car, price, customer service). So we took our chance and drove to Orlando (from Jacksonville) we called ahead of time so there was a sales associate (Maiko) waiting for us who was really courteous. He showed us the car we were interested in. It was clean and almost show in room condition. It was more than we wanted to spend. Beside it was another car that was perfect for the kids, very pristine for the year of the vehicle. My husband wanted it but it, too, was a little above our budget. We asked if they can give us a deal if we get 2 cars. Maiko wrote everything up. Then Chanlin came out to talk to us about numbers. He was very courteous too and he was able to work with us regarding an acceptable deal on the 2 cars. He was able to match the interest rate given to us by the bank so we went with Lexus financing. We did not feel pressure coming from Maiko or Chanlin as both of them were very polite and professional. Then Luis helped us finish everything up. He explained to us all the paperwork we had to sign and we went though it in a flash! We loved the fact that we came out his office with the license plates for the cars. The cars came out washed and ready to be taken home. In the end, we may have spent a little more than what we anticipated in spending, but the great conditions of the cars we got, the great customer service of Maiko, Chanlin and Luis and the known reliability of Lexus cars, we could not ask for anything more :) More

I wanted to get something fixed- also asked them to look at something else with the steering- total estimate was about $3700 as usual I took it to Firestone, got the whole problem solve for $900- they explained to me if I fixed the one thing it would fix the other with the steering- I also had gone to Lexus two weeks before to look at buying one or two cars- my salesman who was also nice and had a nice smile had no business card- I think that is standard for Lexus now they don't want you to have a card. I met the manager he was nice enough I don't recall his name. I've had several people follow up with me by email and text no one likes to talk on the phone anymore, I told them and communicated to each one of those people that I'm interested in a car that Lexus has but I like to speak to the manager that I met- I left that manager two messages to call me- I get nothing- I ended up buying an infinity and am still looking for that second car. More
The worst sales person I've ever met! Recently bought Lexus from dealership, love the car, BUT the sales (finance guy thats how he introduced himself) was the worst... I had pre-approval, was very specific and told him exactly what he needs to do (without running my credit one more time), he did everything his way, he did his own credit app even when he assured me that this won't happen...!!! After couple trials to resolve this issue - nothing happen, even no apologies!!! More

It all makes sense in a way, I myself, rarely post any reviews when I am happy about the product and the service, buying experience, etc... OTOH, if something goes wrong in the process, the first thing I do is go to the internet and start slinging dirt and slamming companies with bad reviews. That said, I am only one person, but I have bought two cars from this dealer and both times was treated pretty darn good and very fairly. Last time in I dealt with Kenny and Fred. They have some sick deals on pre-owned, and Lexus certified pre owned. The internet pricing is posted right on line, they played no games whatsoever, and even went to their own online website to pull prices. No haggling, no drama. Sure, I had a car I picked from their online stock that I had an appointment to test drive, I hated the car. So what??? They carefully talked with me about exactly what I was looking for, and my budget. The next car they recommended for me was a freakin' dream machine, and the price was crazy cheap. A very positive experience overall. More

Best Lexus Dealer in North Central Florida Salesman was truly and expert on the RX 350, knew it inside and out. On as electronic as these vehicles are, his knowledge gave us the comfort that we could manage it. The finance folks were low key and helpful, trying to make sure we got what we wanted, not what they were selling. Finally, the service department is head and shoulders above anything I've experienced. State of the art facility with techs that really know their business and are intent on keeping yours. Loaner car program is seamless with service. We had some new car service requiring 3-4 hours and were given a loaner car that permitted us to visit friends and return the car the next afternoon. Have compared experiences with friends who bought elsewhere, no comparison. More
