The salesman sold us what we thought was Excess Wear & Tear insurance for the end of the lease. It wasn’t. We got a bill for excess wear and tear (3 scratches) at the end of the lease. I called and was told it was a mistake. 4 months later, no second bill, no other notices, I started getting calls from a collection agent. I called the dealer; he said it would be taken care of. 6 months later, I started getting calls from a second collection agent. Now 13 months later, they denied my case and refuse to honor their promises. The dealership lies, repeatedly. They are NOT to be trusted. Lexus Financial is predatory to the extreme. In my opinion you should stay away from Lexus, especially Lexus of Orlando in Winter Park. More

I had been told during a service After a terrible experience at Lexus of Orlando three years ago, I was ready to turn in my keys and not look back. I had been told during a service appointment one time that the service department also deals with sales---which would mean never having to step foot in the main sales room. Please, if you don't like dealing with "car salesman" but love Lexus vehicles, head to the service department! It's quiet and relaxed, and the salesmen are patient, laid-back, and knowledgable with no high pressure or overly-polished talk. I met Page first--he was warm and welcoming with great energy. He set me up with Paul to try vehicles. Paul listened to me instead of himself. There was no arrogance at all; he heard what was important to me and what I needed and was knowledgable about the vehicles. The process was fun because of him; I never would have said that three years ago. I ended my successful visit with Jose for the paperwork. He was efficient and personable. It was nearing the end of his work day but he wasn't rushed or impatient. I couldn't believe how easy he made it---how easy they all made it. They recognized that my needs, previous experience and time were more important than their sale... which is exactly why it was so easy to give them the sale. I highly recommend heading to the Lexus of Orlando service department when you want to buy or lease your next vehicle. More

Started getting letters in november 2015 regarding the upcoming end of the lease and encouraging us to come back and and get another vehicle. My wife called and spoke to them multiple times and we set up a time to travel there from Gainesville, FL in late January. We got there, test drove an ES 350 and chose the EXACT car we wanted. And that is when the experience turned surreal. They were 'willing to take the leased car off our hands and ground it', but we HAD TO MAKE THE REMAINING THREE PAYMENTS!!! We were buying the vehicle and they were not willing to do a deal and it took 3 hours of our time. We were ignored, treated rudely and allowed to leave while ready to pay in full for the new car. On top of that, we had a minor key related issue for another Lexus that the salesman Henry was supposed to help take care of, and he did not over the 3 hours we were there!!! At the end of all that he pointed us to the parts and services division where we went and did it ourselves! I am not a salesman nor a business person, but why would a dealership let a serious customer just leave? Especially one who was doing repeat business? We then drove 2 hours to Jacksonville that same day where the dealership stayed open late and we bought the same car and returned the RX 350 no problems. To top it all, the 'manager' at Orlando called us an hour after we left and asked us to come back. She got told in no uncertain terms about the unprofessional manner in which we were treated, and after that - no follow up on their part. More

About a mouth ago, we decided to take the IS350C to Toytota of Orlando for a quick oil change and it was close to Windermere. What a mistake, the service person there was pressuring me to change both front and back brakes and quoted me over $1k for the service. I decided to wait and made and appointment with Lexus of Orlando. Dominic came back with a diagnose of "yellow" and that both brakes will need attention in the future but not immediate and quoted a price way below what the other dealer was quoting me. Never again will I take my Lexus to another dealer, Lexus of Orlando is the only one for me. Thank you Dominic for your honesty and integrity! More

Most of my professional life, I have been a problem solver & coach regarding customer service, and I have always been extremely well cared for at this Dealership. The service done on my car was excellent as well and Mr. Marshall always kept me updated on my car's status. He is what every one in the customer service business should be, professional, courteous, patient, just a really nice guy. More
