Steer clear of Lexus of Winter park if you are in Central Florida. I bought my first Lexus from a different dealer and they were outstanding at all aspects both pre and post sale. When I upgraded from my sedan to my SUV, I made the mistake of purchasing from Lexus Winter Park. Each time I have service, the Winter Park location gives hassles about courtesy cars. Always left a bad taste since Melbourne provides courtesy cars every time happily. Fast forward to today and I’m here at Winter Park for my regular service. I didn’t ask for a courtesy car to avoid the recurring headache with that aspect. I do have a document with me that I need notarized, and it’s a car dealership, so there are numerous notaries on site. I took a walk to the sales department and inquired if it was possible to have their notary help me. You’d think I asked for them to build a nuclear missile because they just couldn’t believe I would have the gall to ask. Took 15 minutes for someone to come tell me “we just won’t do that for you”. I explained that I purchased a $60,000 vehicle here and it would seem that perhaps they were being short sighted. I asked to speak to the dealership manager who came out guns blazing that they DO have notaries on sight, but they simply will not even consider doing a courtesy for a customer. He also said just go somewhere else. I told him I definitely would including for any future auto purchase because it is ridiculous they have no customers in the showroom, but somehow, they cannot find courtesy to help a customer that patronized their business. Long and short, this is the worst managed dealership In Central Florida. If you are looking to just hand over money to a dealer that does not care and never will…buy here. If you are looking for a dealership that cares about you after the sale, go somewhere else cause these yokels don’t care past their commission check. More

There is a first time for everything! For a while , my wife and I were talking about getting a new vehicle but its been a sellers market, and we have been dragging our feet. On Monday I was driving by Lexus of Winter Park and seen they had 4 Acura RDX's , so I pulled in to have a look. Craig Hutchinson met me and really impressed me by not pressuring me and by having a tremendous knowledge base of all the autos available. I told him I would go home and see the wife about their offerings, so he gave me his card. After returning home (2 hour drive to Polk county) my wife agreed to drive back to Winter Park and look what he had. So I texted Craig and he had the cars ready for us when we arrived. My wife did her research over the past weeks so she had a good idea of what she wanted to pay. Craig and his manager met my wife's target price, and for the first time ever we went to a dealer to look a artmobile, and ended up buying it and driving it away the same day. Thanks Craig and all the staff of Lexus of Winter Park for such a low stress and no pressure buying experience! We have now put Lexus of Winter Park on our only dealer to shop at. We will be recommending you to our family and friends in from now on. More
