Recently purchased a 2022 NX 250 from Lexus of Winter Park. It was such a stress free and easy experience. And Brian from finance was very personable and willing to sit and answer all of our questions as we went through signing the paperwork. So this former fabulous Lexus dealership joins the ranks of the few who are putting themselves first and choosing that the customer base they have already is worthless to them when they can take advantage o of the few who are putting themselves first and choosing that the customer base they have already is worthless to them when they can take advantage of others to reach the goals they need. Folks remember first and foremost the Manufacturer DOES NOT/ HAS NOT & WILL NOT adjust the price of sale to said dealership, vehicle markup is SOLEY based on the choice of an individual dealership now whether other dealers around them influence these poor choices or they went ahead and made it themselves it's still entirely wrong and will leave a lasting impression on who they are as a business. In this case they are now taking a MSRP $68k Lexus IS500 and marking it up $40k to make a total of $108k which whomever takes this will NEVER be able to "catch" up on market values because a $40k DEALER markup does not hold ANY positive equity. Let's now give this dealer a chance to take a few steps back to reality that exists within the customer base they have worked on for many years, do not be fooled!!! HOLD THIS DEALER ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE POOR ACTIONS THEY CHOOSE FOR THERE OWN CUSTOMERS!!!! More

We were charged additional fees by our state which were already paid at the time o This was a good experience until we went to register the vehicle. We were charged additional fees by our state which were already paid at the time of the transaction to Lexus of Winter Park (LWP). LWP only covered a portion of the required fees even though we paid them significantly more than the actual state fees. ($1181.19 vs $602.29) LWP only covered $525.82 leaving us with a balance to the state of $76.47. The difference of the $1181.19 we paid to LWP and the $525.82 they paid the state leaves a balance of $655.37. Where did this money go? The difference in the two totals summing more than $650 is no where to be seen. This leaves us with the only conclusion that LWP stole from us as customers. We did contact them via phone and email and they stated they’d look into the matter. That was over two weeks ago, now almost three weeks, with no follow up or resolution. I would avoid doing business with them based on our experience. More
