I purchased 2 ES330's since 1999 at this dealership. My present ES330 has 106,000 miles and is running perfectly, I have to say. It all started with Mike Pesaud and continued with the deluxe waiting room, complete with Cappuccino, snacks, soft drinks, newspapers, flat screens, quiet room, deluxe rest rooms with cotton towels, massage chairs and Ipads. I am not easily impressed, but this dealership was the finest these 76 year old eyes have ever seen. Well done!!! More

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and been using them for all service needs for the past dozen years. I have always received excelent care from sales and service. The sales staff have always treated me with respect and worked with me on the sale of the 2 RX 350's. But when it comes to service Wayne Kerr has got to be one of the best service people to work with. I am not very knowledgeable with what can wrong with a car and Wayne helps keep problems from happening by helping me keep my car serviced properly to begin with. Then if a problem does happen he works with me to clear it up and explains it to me in terms I can understand. The RX I am driving now has almost 200,000 miles on it and currently has a problem that is a tad more complicated then normal and Wayne & crew have been working to solve the problem with me in the most cost efficent way that we can. Wayne has been so wonderful to work with during this problem and has been keeping me informed while they work hard to figure out the most cost effiecent way to solve the issue. I am very so very please with this dealership and the service they provide, I would recomend them to anyone. Wayne is one of the best to work with and the fact that he is knowledgable and can bring it to a level that I can understand makes it so nice - I don't have to bring my husband in with me to every visit.
