Every time I visit Lexus of Orlando the service offered by the staff is above and beyond what is expected. They have an attention to detail which second to none. With a Check engine light and a VSC/Trac Off light, I first called the dealership to see if there was some diagnostics I could do at home ( I read the maintenance manual first). After talking to her I checked the areas she suggested (no Luck getting the warning lights out). With her extensive knowledge I was pretty sure I could drive my RX330 the 66 miles to the dealership. Ismarely has a fantastic knowledge of the Lexus and is another great asset to the Orlando Lexus family. As it turned out I did have a bad fuel cap as she suspected. Once at the delership, C.J Kinch was very helpful and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. C.J made me feel like I was home amongs family. He is truly a great asset to your company. We discussed all the findings on the condition of my RX330 and let me make an informed decision on what we needed to fix now and some very good suggestions of other areas that should be considered in the near future. The repairs to my RX330 were accomplished in a timely manner, (I waited in your great lounge area, had lunch and coffee and even visited the main show room. The service area is nicer than the main showroom. I definitely will consider having future maintenance accomplished in the Orlando Lexus dealership!!!!! I purchased 2 ES330's since 1999 at this dealership. My present ES330 has 106,000 miles and is running perfectly, I have to say. It all started with Mike Pesaud and continued with the deluxe waiting room, complete with Cappuccino, snacks, soft drinks, newspapers, flat screens, quiet room, deluxe rest rooms with cotton towels, massage chairs and Ipads. I am not easily impressed, but this dealership was the finest these 76 year old eyes have ever seen. Well done!!! More
