I've been utilizing Lexus of Orlando with Steve as my Service Advisor since I bought my Lexus IS-F in 2008. Cj did a great job of getting my car in and out. Also my first experience at Orlando Lexus was a little unaccpetable but CJ and his manager made it up during my second visit. This is the 2nd Lexus we have owned and I always tell people besides owning a great car the service is the best. We have always received outstanding customer service and I know that our car is well take people besides owning a great car the service is the best. My First Complimentary Service was very UNSATISFIED. Mr. Kinch asked if I used Lexus Service Dept. before and I reply today is my first visit. I think the car was sprayed down with water and the inside was not vacuum. i asked if he could touch up or buffer the little scratches on the left back door. He pointed out that they took care of it but it was still there when I inspected at home. (I could not see clearly white at the dealership because it was dark where he returned the car). I do appreciate the tire rotation and balance. More

I typically do not write reviews, but i felt like Dominic deserved this one. I recently took my vehicle in for service. When Dominic says he'll call, he calls. He always kept me informed about the status deserved this one. I recently took my vehicle in for service. When Dominic says he'll call, he calls. He always kept me informed about the status of the repair. When my vehicle was ready for pick up, I could not go that day or the following day to pick up my vehicle as my schedule did not permit. When I explained this to Dominic, he was more than understanding and allowed me an extension on the loaner. I thanked Dominic for being understanding and he said, "you know I will always take care of my customers". Dominic has been my service consultant for so many years. He is very knowledgeable and is always straight forward with me. He is always professional and a joy to work with. He always puts the customer first. Lexus of Orlando is lucky to have an employee like Dominic. If you are looking to service your vehicle at Lexus of Orlando, ask for Dominic Crocetta. You will not be disappointed. More

Drove down from NJ for Horse Show season and needed my first (5000 Mile) service. GREAT everything truly describes my experience. Comfy lounge where I could get my work done while having a snack for lunch first (5000 Mile) service. GREAT everything truly describes my experience. Comfy lounge where I could get my work done while having a snack for lunch and good strong tasty coffee (and strong wifi connection too!) No pressure to leave since I was in the middle of a phone/computer meeting. Car was cleaned inside and out thanks to Wayne's observant instincts. Hope i'm in town for my 10K check up! More

What a great experience!!! It was my first time servicing my car in this Lexus Dealer. Luis Jurado made my kids and I feel very conforatable while we were waiting for my car.
