I brought my new car in to have body side moldings installed. I was immediately greated by someone from the service staff. A few minutes later CJ came up introduced himself, confirmed the resaon for m installed. I was immediately greated by someone from the service staff. A few minutes later CJ came up introduced himself, confirmed the resaon for my service visit then walked with me to check out a loaner car. I was in and out in under 20mins. Impressive! CJ informed me that my car would be ready in about 3-4 hours. When I received a call from CJ after only two hours past. I thought to myself that something must be wrong. Everytime I go to this dealership it is nothing but a purely bliss experience. I have never seen a customer service team which operates so efficiently and professionally. They can have you in and out of purely bliss experience. I have never seen a customer service team which operates so efficiently and professionally. They can have you in and out of the service dept. in a loaner car in just under 30 minutes. My service advisor is always very understand of my needs and does not push any services that I do not want and only brings to my attention what services are crucial and need to be completed. I find this to be very honest and respectful. I will always come to Lexus of Orlando for my lexus vehicle service! More

I can't say enough about Jorge Laucirica. I just purchased a new 2013 Lexus ES350 and because of Jorge's expertise, patience, listening/people skills, and excellent customer service. I know that I p purchased a new 2013 Lexus ES350 and because of Jorge's expertise, patience, listening/people skills, and excellent customer service. I know that I picked the car and dealership! This is my 3rd brand new car, but I've never been treated as well as Jorge treated my family and I. Jorge even entertained my two young children during negotiations, while the paper work and car were being processed. The kids couldn't wait to see Jorge by the 3rd visit to dealership. The Ultimate in closing: I trusted Jorge so much that although Lexus of Orlando didn't have my 1st choice of exterior(Black)/interior(Gray) in stock. I still purchased a car from Lexus of Orlando despite the fact that Lexus of Melbourne did have my 1st choice and was willing to provide me the same deal. To me choosing the correct car and dealership was way more important then the color! This simply doesn't happen without Jorge. The used car had mechanical problem with the sunroof and we were told it was a simple fix like a fuse. They refused to repair it even after we found a quality control document in the glove compartment stati we were told it was a simple fix like a fuse. They refused to repair it even after we found a quality control document in the glove compartment stating that "do not open the sunroof it will not close." When we took it to be repaired by the dealer, they stated it was an "AS IS WARRANTY." Lexus of Orlando should have done the "RIGHT THING" as a reputable dealership and informed as about the sunroof. THEY WERE DECEITFUL" THEY DID NOT DO THE RIGHT THING! If they had, we might not have bought the car. BUYER BEWARE OF SMILING DECEITFUL SALESMAN AND MANAGERS! More
