Not following through was only the beginning. It was hard to get calls back or any final prices. After a few follow ups on my part I finally spoke with Fred to see how negotiable the price was because it was over my limit. He told me several times it was negotiable and a must see, it was great condition, certified, and loaded with the high end package and the trade would make up the difference between what we wanted to spend and what it was listed for. I asked several times what the best price he could do was because we were willing to buy sight unseen to hold the car and because of all he said it was after talking to them Wed, Thurs and Fri. Gave all the specs on our trade, he gave an offer of $9K because he hadn't seen it, then called back because it had leather with sunroof so it wouldn't be $12K like JM Lexus offered, but wouldn't be $9K and kept insisting to drive the 3 hours there and said he's never lost a deal. So we decided to go, drove 3 hours to make the deal. Upon arrival the car was upfront, top down ready for us to test drive. It was a very disappointing experience. (1) Missing the shifter knob, so we asked for one. He asked if I was serious and if I really need one? Yes we are test driving a Lexus and don't want to put it into gear with a threaded post. (2) Minor scratches if they could be buffed out and if they would be upon purchase - Fred's response was "It’s a used car, that’s to be expected and just how it is" with no offer to see what can be done (3) In the back passenger seat belt, the snap looked tarnished. I asked what it was and if it would be replaced - Fred's reply was "is that a deal breaker?" I said "No, I was just asked so I would know". (4) The low trade offer of $9K with it being final, JM Lexus offered $12K, a wholesale dealer offered $10,500. Went inside for "negotiations" with Henry, the sales rep who said there was no room to move on the price, against what Fred had said, so we asked Fred, who said the same. Now very upset, as if the rest wasn't enough I said we wouldn't have come if you had said there was no room to move on price - I only drove here because it was negotiable. We were only $1K apart. They said there was nothing else so we walked out upset we had been lied to and deceived into coming there under false pretenses and with a negative experience. After speaking to a very nice Service Mgr, he suggested we speak to Dan (Fred's Mgr) Who went through it all again with but was unapologetic for the experience or misrepresentation that the price was negotiable and that we drove 3 hours and spent all day there based on a lie Fred told me several times. So, we walked out furious and posted a google review... to which they replied and we spoke to Rachel the Guest Relations Director. So I called Rachel Webb and spoke for over 25 min who also read my phone review, she apologized and said that’s not how they do business and said she wanted to and asked what she could do to make it better? And if we would still be interested in the car - I said "I still have cash waiting and still need a car, it’s just a matter of what you’re willing to do to make the situation right" She said she is working directly with the owner and wants to do what she can - I said I still have no problem standing by the offer we made to meet them half way at $35K if they will have the car driven down, since we already made the trip up or if they insist that we go there we would so long as they put us up in a hotel for the night because it’s too much to drive there and back in a day and that we would update the review on google.com that prompted the follow up and give them praise for rectifying the situation. She asked to have until the end of the next business day to get back to me. That day came and went and she finally returned my call the day after that on Fri 7pm and said there is no room to move and there’s nothing else they are willing to do and even went as far as to tell me they have 2 others interested in the car. So much for wanting to do everything she could to make it right! Sunday morning, they lowered the price only to $35,900, $500 lower and only $500 off what we offered after all the issues last Saturday and again said we would stand by when Rachel offered to try to make it right. Very disappointing from a company who says they're "Building Relationships Through Better Service" Something has to be done for these company who deceive people and who don’t take responsibility for the things they've done wrong. It’s bad business and ruins what the "Lexus" brand is supposed to represent. More

I recently had a tire with a bulged sidewall, I called and scheduled to have the tire replaced under the tire warranty I purchased from Lexus of Orlando. It was going to take roughly a week to get the tire in since the 2013 GS 350 F Sport has unusually wide rear tire, which I had no problem with. In that time period my grandmother's health rapidly started to decline and family flew in from all corners of the country, I quickly got picked for Taxi service and was going to have to rent a car to deal with the long distance / high load driving. I called the service dept back, they went above and beyond to track down a tire for me and get it installed before everyone came into town. Everyone at the dealership really goes above and beyond, and in this situation really saved me a lot of hassle. I've never dealt with a service dept that was so awesome! More
I have had a lexus for 7 years now and probably have had Steve Persaud as my service consultant for most of my visits to the service department. Since he has been helping me get the service I need, I would never want anyone else to help assist me. He has always been very friendly, very up front, very trusting and very polite. These are the best qualities any dealership could hope for in an employee and the most important part is that it comes to him very naturally. I give Steve these high praises because he truly deserves them!! And, it is because of his truly great attitude as the reason why I will continue to come back to Lexus of Orlando. More
In August of 2012, I was in an unfortunate car accident that resulted in me totaling my much beloved 2005 Lexus RX 330. Having had many great experiences in the service department with Steve Persaud, I went to him asking advice of who could I talk to that I could trust to buy a new car. He had several names but Greg Briguera happened to be the only one working that day. I wasn't sure what to do because I had had such a horrible experience at this Lexus dealership in 2005 when I bought my first Lexus that motivated me to drive to Melbourne to buy my car. On top of that, I broke my ankle in my accident that required surgery and needed to stroll around on a knee scooter. These two reasons combined, I wasn't particularly excited in making the effort needed to look at new cars that day or set myself up for a repeat horrible experience like I had in 2005. I decided to, at the very least, meet someone in an attempt to make a connection so when I was more ambulatory I would come back to look around. Here it goes, right? When I met Greg I felt like he was so nice that I had to at least give it a concerted effort. I spent the morning with Greg looking and test driving several different cars while discussing color preferences knowing exactly which car I wanted but doing the typical dance between customer and sales person trying to get the specifics down just right. Having had such a bad experience before, Greg was unknowingly climbing an uphill battle. You see, if there is one thing I know about myself is that I am stubborn and once my mind is made up there is no changing it, at least not very easily. I have to say, Greg's patience with me being slower while I pushed myself around on my scooter was so surprisingly refreshing. This combined with his friendly, jovial, polite and patient manner convinced me that I would buy a car no matter what I had to do. Even, when I came back for the first 5,000 mile service, Greg met me in the lobby and visited with me for about 20 min while I waited for my car to be ready. I was surprised not only to see him, but also that he was still the same nice, polite, friendly guy who I had a chance meeting with when I bought my car. I have not always sung praises for this Lexus dealership, however, between Steve Persaud and Greg Briguera, I am singing a much different tune. In fact, the only thing I would change about Lexus of Orlando is the location and move it closer to me in Lake Mary! Kudos to Lexus for not just turning around their customer service but also for hiring two such spectacular employees. Steve and Greg both deserve the highest recognition possible for how they represent Lexus of Orlando. If I owned Lexus, I would do anything to keep them happy and on board!! More

I have rarely experienced a higher level of service satisfaction as I had recently with Lexus of Orlando. I felt like Rod Harding, who was my service consultant had my best interest at heart and was o satisfaction as I had recently with Lexus of Orlando. I felt like Rod Harding, who was my service consultant had my best interest at heart and was on my side throughout a very challenging situation. I found myself in a very precarious situation in returning from a trip on a very busy interstate highway with few exits. The oil indicator light came on, no safe way to pull over, and first exit was some miles away. Long story short, I had to drive to the closest exit, and in process did damage to engine. Lexus took this all into effect and honored the warranty and repaired extensive damage. This is why I will always buy Lexus, always use Lexus service. More
