I would recommend this dealership BUT... ***************************CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED BUYERS BEWARE*********************** I would recommend this dealership BUT... ***************************CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED BUYERS BEWARE************************* I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2004 RX 330 in April of 2010 with a clean CARFAX included. I go back this year 2012,entertaining the idea of getting a newer Certified Pre-Owned but was told they would only give me $10,000 in trade in because it had been in an accident. I hadn't had an accident with it and the CARFAX pulled that day showed an accident prior to my purchase date in 2010. My trade in value has forever been impacted in a negative manner and now they have offered to give me the $12,000 still owed on the car but of course to be added to the price of the new purchase. *************************Hence Buyer's Beware**************************** And since my origional posted of this review which was written on Sept.23, 2012 and sent to Dealer Review, they hay notified the review will be blocked because it took place over 12 month's ago. Maybe Lexus of Orlando is paying the site to block negative reviews but all documentation of this event has been given to media investigators like Todd Ulrich & Steven Cooer with channel 6. More

Spoke in length with internet department about a used VW CC listed on their dealer web site. Drove 1.5 hours each way to view car after being assured the car was "spotless" (including this exact CC listed on their dealer web site. Drove 1.5 hours each way to view car after being assured the car was "spotless" (including this exact word being used in the web description) which turned out to be far from the truth. The car had been in an accident and had extensive (2K plus in repair) damage on 3 panels of the front passenger side. The damage was covered over by a bad touch-up paint job. Other issues included the hood not opening without prying, the interior leatherette had ripped areas and there was a 1-2 foot spot on the back that appeared to have been badly repainted. When this was pointed out to them they simply acted like I did not say anything about it and kept talking about the virtues of their dealership. I was polite let them present me with an off that asked full price for the car, despite the damage. I declined and got out of there. To make matters even worse I noticed they dropped the price on their web site just 72 hours after I left as if me driving for 3 hours was not enough to offer the best deal. Surprised and disappointed to be leaving this review as they have such a sterling record of great reviews but they tried to deceive me. More

I had service done to my Lexus few days ago and as usual I dealt with Lyndon Walsh. Lyndon went far beyond the routine job.. He made sure the car is spotless.. brought paint to touch a small paint chips on I dealt with Lyndon Walsh. Lyndon went far beyond the routine job.. He made sure the car is spotless.. brought paint to touch a small paint chips on the hood.. I felt really good that day that someone cares about details. Great job Lyndon. More

Service with a smile every time. I've been dealing with Mr. Persaud for my last three or four visits on both my vehicles and he is the absolute best individual to deal with. It was time for a new car, but it was hard to let our 2001 Lexus ES300 and 2005 PT Cruiser go to "used car heaven." After consulting with William in service, and talking to Alfredo in the Lexus Exchang 2001 Lexus ES300 and 2005 PT Cruiser go to "used car heaven." After consulting with William in service, and talking to Alfredo in the Lexus Exchange Program, we knew that now was the time. We worked with both Alfred and Ashley to find just the right vehicle. Alfredo was able to make our budget wishes a reality and Ashley was by our side, answering questions, until we drove our beautiful 2011 Lexus ES350 off the lot. We will be asking for William when it's time for that first oil change. It's great to be a member of the Lexus Family! More
