Service writer seemed to be in a rush and kept me waiting a bit even though I was on time for my appointment. Had some questions about the service app. Service writer referred me to the shuttle driver who he a bit even though I was on time for my appointment. Had some questions about the service app. Service writer referred me to the shuttle driver who he said had experience with the app. Shuttle driver referred me to one of the app specialists at the dealership which we had just left. Didn’t have time when I picked up the car to track down one of the app specialists. Seemed like everyone I interacted with had a goal of passing me off to someone else, rather than resolving the issue. My recommendation would be to have more of a concierge-type customer-facing organization where each customer is assigned a service person who sees to it that all the customer’s issues are resolved to their satisfaction without any vague referrals. More
