The assigned service rep was very nice and helpful as well. Although I bought a 2021 CPO vehicle, the maintenance team originally wanted to charge me -$1400 for repairs at the 5000 mile service. I had well. Although I bought a 2021 CPO vehicle, the maintenance team originally wanted to charge me -$1400 for repairs at the 5000 mile service. I had a warranty program and an extended warranty agreement. This covered much of what was need, although I had to ask the maintenance department to review my agreements for coverage. In the end, I was charged for a new battery, with labor included. I had to press for this. It seems so unlikely that the battery would have failed in the first 5 months after purchase, given the amount I drive. And, if it did fail I am concerned about the quality of the CPO process that this wasn’t caught and fixed before purchase. I wasn’t very happy with my experience. I hope that I won’t regret having purchase a service agreement from Lexus. I am now very leery of dealing with the maintenance team. More

The service for my Lexus 350 RX went smoothly, from making the appointment, to having the work done. Marc ,my Service Representative, was thorough and explained the entire procedure.
