Lexus of Thousand Oaks seems to have my renewed faith in the new ownership. They have been very accommodating and I needed my Lexus to be looked at due to some issues right away. It’s my 3rd Lexus and soon will be purchasing a Lexus hybrid NX or hybrid RX within the year! It’s especially nice when the general manager reaches out to you to contact him directly if I have any questions or needs and that’s pretty great! Receiving that personal touch means more to a customer and a customer that’s owned 3 Lexus’s and most likely a 4th within 2025. Kudos TO Lexus!! Kim More
