We just ordered a 2012 XC90 R-Design from Kline Volvo. We were also considering a GMC Acadia Denali, but in the end the look, feel and frankly the after sale support (free scheduled maintenance during the wa were also considering a GMC Acadia Denali, but in the end the look, feel and frankly the after sale support (free scheduled maintenance during the warranty period!) caused us to pull the trigger on the Volvo. In addition, we felt that the sales staff made the pricing very transparent and they gave us a fair value on our trade. The icing on the cake was that, because we wanted a very specific selection of features, we had to order a 2012 and they were willing to provide us with transportation while we were waiting on delivery. We are looking forward to a great long-term relationship with Kline! More

I managed to secure a vehicle closely matched with my desires, received the product details and price information needed, and closed the deal easily and efficiently. Very happy with my Kline experience. The sales experience itself was positive and supportive. I've had a few questions about how things work (the itouch connection, the parking alert) and each time I've call itself was positive and supportive. I've had a few questions about how things work (the itouch connection, the parking alert) and each time I've called or stopped in I have gotten the help I needed without any fuss. Compared to any other new care I've purchased, (a 1997 Volvo, a 1986 Saab) their personal attention has been remarkable. One perk I've not yet taken care of is this: every Saturday they offer a free car wash. The dealership itself is welcoming, bright and open. Those who work at Kline Volvo seem to understand the service economy with a capital S. PS: I love my Volvo XC70! More

They were #1 on a list of recommeded dealers by the buying service I use (USAA). The staff was very friendly and gave us good information and help in our decision to buy a car there. They priced the car (2011 XC90 Volvo) fairly. My only disappointment was low allowance for my trade-in(1999 XC70 Volvo). We plan to use Kline for service and maintenance even though we live 165 miles away. More

As I have told many of my friends, my experience with Kline Volvo was the best car buying experience I've ever had (my first Volvo, but sixth car purchase). Melissa and Mike were knowledgeable, frie Kline Volvo was the best car buying experience I've ever had (my first Volvo, but sixth car purchase). Melissa and Mike were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with information on Volvos and the new S60 from my first visit. Over the two months or so that I looked at cars trying to decide, they were extremely helpful and never pushy - occasionally updating me when they had one of the new models in to look at features or see the color options. Once I decided to get the Volvo, going with Kline was a no-brainer. During my search, I checked out the other Volvo dealers in the area and I felt like I was intruding when I walked into their dealership to ask questions. Since I knew the car and features I wanted would not be standard stock, I planned to do the overseas delivery and pick up the car in Sweden. After working with Melissa, we found that I could get a better deal ordering the car for US delivery (financing and upgrades) and she helped me time the order to take advantage of the Volvo offers at the time and get the exact car I wanted. When the car was finally on its way, everyone at Kline seemed genuinely excited to see it in person. Closing the deal and signing the papers are what sealed the 5-star rating for me. Dave had all of the paperwork in order for the purchase and financing as agreed when I placed the order and all I had to do was read and sign for the purchase and loan. No uncomfortable finance meetings or push to add anything. No added fees/services from the dealer. Just the price of the vehicle plus tax less my deposit. Five minutes and we were done. I worked with Amillie as part of the order and afterward to get winter mats and a trunk liner. She provided the ultimate service by placing the order, filling out the rebate forms for Volvo for me, and even installing the mats, plus washing the original ones and the car while I was there. When I have stopped back for the free carwash they offer on Saturdays, one of the people I worked with has always greeted me warmly and asked about the car. I haven't needed service yet, but hope for and expect a similar experience from the service team. More
