It was 2 days after I got into a car accident that I went in to meet with Jessica. I was so worried about finding a car I could just afford, and not So much the quality of it. Jessica assured me that she co in to meet with Jessica. I was so worried about finding a car I could just afford, and not So much the quality of it. Jessica assured me that she could do both. She found me a car with very few miles on it, beautiful inside, and a wonderful driving car! The way she handled the transaction was wonderful. She showed she cared, she showed empathy towards my accident, and she knew exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have felt more safe and secure going to her. She is so great I have referred all my family and friends to her, and so far, 4 of my close family members have bought and have similar great experiences. They always tell me how Right I was about her, and how great she is! More
Peter Carlson went above and beyond for me. I wasn't able to drive to the dealership in time to test drive a highly sought after, low mileage car. 1) Charlie quickly approached me in the lobby area. I'm quite short and have to look up to see people's faces, so I stepped back a bit when he introduced himself. Just as quickly as I stepped back, he stepped *right* into my space, standing uncomfortably close to me. At that point, I should have left. 2) Charlie took his time talking about the car, wasting my time, despite the fact that I had already expressed that I'm there to test drive, only. It was later in the evening, and I was very clear that I had zero intentions of buying a car that night. Despite all this, he asked me twice what he can do to "put me in a car tonight." (I should have left then.) He took down my contact info "for their files," and at that point, I was VERY clear in telling him *not* to call me, that I'm doing all correspondence by email/on paper and will not take or return calls, *ever*. 3) We test drove the car, and I asked how much it would be. He went into the sales manager's (Jessica Katz-Moehlman) office to ask, and returned with a piece of paper with a number written on it. Four seconds later, Jessica came out running, crossed out the number and said, "I made a mistake! This is the *correct* price." and wrote down something that was only marginally lower (I believe give or take $100 less). It was some kind of two-bit act that I honestly was stunned by, because it was so obvious that it was some kind of acting tactic that they had previously rehearsed. I was totally turned off, and it was hard to keep from laughing. I'm not sure why I didn't leave then. 4) Charlie then went away to some place, while Jessica chit chatted with us, further wasting my time. I had no intention of doing any of this—just wanted to test drive the car. I'm not sure what was being accomplished with Jessica, other than she may do this to "establish rapport" or something with the customer? In any case, this was just frustrating to watch her swivel around in the chair while she asked us personal questions I didn't feel necessary to share. Charlie returned and they both asked about how they compare to other dealerships. Charlie was digging for information about how other dealerships are terrible in some way—which was bizarre, unnecessary, and unprofessional. I REALLY should have left at this point. 5) Finally, upon leaving, I repeated that he cannot call me because this is very important to me. I'm very insistent about this because I want to keep a written record of important things like prices in my car search, and I generally hate the phone to begin with. 6) At *8AM* on a *Saturday*, Charlie called to "check in" about what I thought about the car. After all this insisting on my part about NEVER, ever to call me, he calls me on a Saturday, so early in the morning. 7) Charlie continues to email me about "hurry, don't miss this opportunity!" kinds of emails about some impending ending of a promotion, even though I easily figured out from another, much better sales person from another dealership that it goes on for another month. I have no idea what the others are like at this place, but I would never recommend Charlie to anyone I know. He is clueless, pushy/naggy, and incredibly disrespectful of your time and instructions. More

He was helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, easily admitted if he didn't know the answer to many numerous questions- but got me the answers I needed. Working with Grant and his colleagues at Kline Volvo was fantastic, they worked very hard to find us the car we wanted - we are extremely satisfied customers. I would buy another can from him/them without a moment's hesitation. More
I normally do not enjoy buying cars due to salespeople and or dealerships not always having the most ethical people and processes. It seems that no matter what they are usually out to "win" and don't rea and or dealerships not always having the most ethical people and processes. It seems that no matter what they are usually out to "win" and don't really care if you are happy in the end. My experience with Jessica at Kline Volvo was just the opposite. She never pushed me, but always gave me enough information to allow me to make the right decision for myself. When I first met Jessica I couldn't even believe she was a sales person, and then I found out she was the sales manager! No wonder her entire team was so wonderful through out the purchase, she has really set a culture of respect for customers. My Kline Volvo experience was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They didn't even push extended warranties, but again gave me the information I needed and did not try to pressure me into it. Can't say I have ever had that experience before. Then the final step included a detailed review that went over every function and feature of my new car. When I left Kline that day I knew how everything worked in my car, another first for me. I would highly recommend Jessica, her Team and Kline to anyone looking for the most positive car purchase experience, not to mention the amazing car you will take home. More
I bought a new C30 6 months ago and the experience was great. Every one was friendly, helpful and the service was fantastic. Recently I found out my family would be growing and I would need more space than the C30 can provide. Wihout hesitation, I went back to Melissa and she spent hours emailing with me with pricing, gathering quotes for trade in and telling me what stock would fit my budget. The ultimate customer service occured when I told her I would not be able to make it to the dealership to sign papers for several days due to my work schedule - she had the papers delivered to me. Now I am the proud owner of an XC90. Great experience and highly recommended! More

My experience with Kline Volvo in Minnesota was amazing... The customer service was phenomenal. It was not haggling or over bearing at all, yet not un-noticed.. I was greeted at the door and seated in the waiting area with a nice gesture if I needed something to drink while I wait. I had spoke with one of the managers (Mike Theisen) regarding the car I would be interested in “GMC ACADIA”. He was able to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. It is so NICE and a great rate!!! The paper work with the other reps was a piece of cake and handled with care. I had previously test drove one and before I knew it I was driving the car of my dreams! I brag to all my family and friends about my car, the treatment I received and where to go if they are ever looking. I would never shop anywhere else from this day forward!!! More

We just had our fifth experience buying a new car from Kline Volvo--there are many reasons we keep returning over the years to Kline. The sales and managment staff are amazing! They are genuinely friendly, easy to work with, not intimidating or daunting; in short, the process of buying a car is made simple and enjoyable. Jessica, as always, went above and beyond in finding us a beautiful new car at a great price, and, quickly. We stepped inside at about 4:30 and were home with a brand new car by 7pm. In years past, Vaughn has expertly helped us, and Melissa has been a long-time, terrific presence in our car buying experiences there as well. Everyone we have met over the years has been someone we would feel comfortable working with. We love Kline Volvo! More
