The service department at this dealership is incredibly shady. I had to have my vehicle towed into the dealership (for warranty work). After the warranty repairs were completed--they suddenly found another error message that they couldn't warranty-even though I had never gotten this error message before. Tonight I went to pick up my vehicle (after multiple mistakes and shady treatment by Kline) and as I was driving away I found that the functionality that I previously had was not reinstalled during the "repairs." so I'm back in a loaner and have to go back again (hopefully they can make the full repairs this time). Not surprisingly, not a single employee even said "I'm sorry about that" or even tried to appear emphatic for their multiple mistakes. It's pretty clear they are trying to be as nasty as possible--I will never use this dealership again. More
I continue to be disappointed by Kline. The Infotainment system on my XC40 died on Saturday. When I called Kline they told me to bring it in because they thought they could simply 'Upgrad The Infotainment system on my XC40 died on Saturday. When I called Kline they told me to bring it in because they thought they could simply 'Upgrade the software" even though I told them that the screen (aka a computer) was dead. After waiting at the dealership for over two hours they finally realized that you can't upgrade a dead computer and told me that I would have to bring it back 3 days later for service. (Keep in mind the Infotainment system controls heat, radio, backup cameras, sensors, etc). I did drive it home and two days later when I tried to start the vehicle, I started getting a new error message "City Safety . . . Service required" and the car wouldn't start. 10 minutes later the displays wouldn't even come on. I had to arrange for a tow (The only good experience I have had is with the towing company which is not affiliated with Kline) After initially posting this review, the service manager did reach out and stated that they made an error and that they shouldn't have let me drive the vehicle home and they did bring me a loaner. Side Note the loaner they brought me has no plates on it (temporary, dealer, etc) at all so I could easily get pulled over by the police for driving a vehicle with no plates. All in all pretty much every experience I have had (from sales to service) has been a gigantic disappointment. What's ironic is my salesperson (John Rogers) who treated me like trash during my initial sale has recently been calling me trying to get me to trade in my lease early. However when I was at the dealership on Saturday he walked by me three times and didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence---so yeah--he's pretty awful. I love my car. The customer service has been terrible. The latest fiasco was using their valet service. It took me a month to get an appointment for my first service and when I tried to reschedule I was put through to service. I left messages on two different days. My phone calls were not returned. Not the first time they messed up ordered car mats they said would be in a few weeks. After more than 30 days I called and they said the set was in and would send them out. When I bought the car (floor model) the battery was dead. They also lost one set of keys. I was told to come back in 3 days to pick up the car and both sets of keys. They didn’t have the keys and had to order a replacement. This was another 150 mile trip to the dealer. I previously owned a Cadillac and they provided great customer service. I called the other Volvo dealer in Minneapolis and will have my 10 k service in a week. I hope this other dealer has better customer service. More
I recently brought my XC 90 in for service and was very pleased with Bo Dunaski and the service department. Bo kept me informed and answered any questions in a professional and friendly manner. I highly re pleased with Bo Dunaski and the service department. Bo kept me informed and answered any questions in a professional and friendly manner. I highly recommend Kline Volvo for both service and the purchase of new vehicles. Although all of the service managers are great at Kline Volvo, I think Bo Dunaski rates a 10 +. More

Everyone was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Christine Bakken was wonderful to deal with.
