This is our third Volvo. Our first two were purchased in Chicago and at the competing dealer in the Twin Cities. The overall experience with Kline was by far the best of all. We live in the Southwest Metro (Eden Prairie) and I would strongly recommend Kline to others. Well worth the drive! More

We have agreed on the model and price over the phone, put a deposit from credit card and set up a date to come and pick up the car. The location is easy to find especially in the days of GPS/smart phones. It did take a few hours to complete paperwork , to buy some accessories, and go over “how-to” use all controls and electronics with Peter ( or salesmen ). It was a great experience to get car from this dealership. Well worth driving from Iowa to Minnesota to get desired model of Volvo. More
This is the way to have your car serviced. Very nice, clean and comfortable (no tire odors here). WiFi and work areas or comfy chairs or sofa including coffee and tea. They have always repaired my vehicle correctly the first time and not tried to upsell anything I did not need unlike the independent shops I have tried so it helps offset the price differential. They have always worked hard to help me with financing, even when I first graduated from college and hadn't started my new job yet. They found a loan I could handle. I drive a 2005 Volvo S40 and, although it is a great car, I have not had the greatest luck over the past couple years. In the past two years I have needed two new computers, an oil pan replacement when I ran over a huge piece of ice (and resultantly oil spewed from my car) and a number of tows. I thank the very kind service staff for always welcoming my calls, especially after hours and I needed help the most. I also am pleased with the flexibility of the service team and either helping me find a loaner car, a shuttle to my office or apartment or completing work on my car in a timely manner. When it's time to replace my beloved S40, I know where to go to get a new car - Kline, because here I am confident I will be served well from the initial sale to my last service. More

We opted for the Volvo Jessica listened to our needs, addressed our needs and sold us the vehicle that was right for our family. We all know that buying a car can be a somewhat uncomfortable process, filled with pressure and expectation. That is what I anticipated experiencing last Friday when I visited Kline to test drive a uncomfortable process, filled with pressure and expectation. That is what I anticipated experiencing last Friday when I visited Kline to test drive a vehicle I was interested in. What I experienced was quite the opposite. Instead of being pressured to drive and buy, I was able to take my time exploring options, asking questions, and was not forced into any rash decisions. Our sales consultant Peter, was very diligent in answering my sometimes mundane questions, addressing my concerns, and worked very hard for me to get the sale done while adhering to my constraints. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to visit Kline for their next vehicle needs. The staff is awesome, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Thanks guys! More
