Very satisfied. I stopped at Kline Volvo thinking I would checkout the XC-60 Crossover. After a short test drive I spotted a V-60 R-Design wagon sitting on the showr I stopped at Kline Volvo thinking I would checkout the XC-60 Crossover. Over the next week and several e-mails with Karleen I was able to purchase this car at a fair price. In fact Karleen seemed as excited as I was to buy this awesome car. I was looking for a fun winter vehicle and this surely is it. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience at Kline Volvo. More

They are the perfect mix of commuter capable, family friendly, date-night stylish, with a wee bit of "I can throw the tent in the back for a car camping trip" kind of vehicle. We saw one listed online and I called about it. That evening Karlene Byrnes came back to the office to set us up for a test drive. Karlene completely understood that I didn't need to be sold on the car, that I simply needed to find the right car at the right price for my current situation. My mechanic checked the car (and aside from a few minor things to take care of) - he said it was one of the best pre-owned cars he had seen at that price (and even more expensive prices). Three days later I was set up in my "new to me" wheels and am looking forward to driving my 2005 Volvo V70 2.5T for a good many miles. (Now to tearfully send the old wagon "Rosie" - for her rose quartz color off to Newgate for refurbishing/recycling. And to come up with a suitable "name" for the minstrel green V70.) More

Happy with Service Department My rating is for the Service Department at Kline. We had an issue with the switch assembly for the power moonroof on our new XC70. We live 2 1/2 hours from the Kline dealership, Ted Cahill and team made the pick up of our vehicle simple, they notified us of their arrival, called when they were 15 minutes away, were on time and left a loaner. They completed the work quickly on the schedule they had told us, and again delivered our vehicle as they had before, on time. Very happy with the Service Department service and courtesy. More

Honestly, I had never considered Volvo until my son convinced me to at least take a look at a used vehicle he found on the dealership's website. I am now leasing for the first time and couldn't be happier with how Peter Carlson treated me and my son. On a subsequent visit, when I was making the final decision between buying used and leasing, I shared with Peter that my son commented on how we had been treated. He said it was different than from other dealerships we had visited. Thank you for the no pressure sales approach and for your incredible patience in answering all of our questions. Great experience buying a new S60 Car dealers would have a good reputation if they were all like Kline Volvo and Peter Carlson. Peter completely respected my desire to take a couple weeks to decide between a new S60 and a car from another manufacturer, and didn't put any pressure whatsoever on me. There are no bad cars at this level; the dealership experience counts for a lot. Kline Volvo could not perform any better. More

Great Combination of Car and Dealership I looked at and test drove many vehicles in my search for a car that fulfilled my requirements and stayed within my budget. I narrowed down my search I looked at and test drove many vehicles in my search for a car that fulfilled my requirements and stayed within my budget. I narrowed down my search to three vehicles (all 2015 models). To get the options (safety features like crash avoidance, lane assist, headlights that turn, etc...) that I wanted, I had to select high end options in ALL of the 3 cars. I chose the Volvo S60. The S80 was out of my budget range, even with the sales person (Wesam Khouj) finding all the credits that I qualified for (and there were a few) and a reasonable to good price for my trade in. Even after we closed the deal and a couple weeks went by, Wesam Khouj helped me when I was getting my insurance premium lowered due to all the extra safety features that I had included in my purchase. The combination of the car and dealership experience inspired me into writing this review (which is rare). Sincerely, Greg W. More
