The relationship we developed with Jodi Landburg had us making the 70 mile round-trip and dealing with the associated inconvenience (greatly alleviated by the courtesy car). Fortunately for us, the Service Department is open on Saturday. While we don't have a negative experience with the other Volvo dealership at half the distance, Jodi Landburg's credibility and care has earned our trust and we will continue making the longer drive for her services. More

First out of state new car purchase. I am planning to retire later this year. My wife and I agreed to purchase a Volvo XC70 for comfortable road trip vacations. We had previously owned I am planning to retire later this year. My wife and I agreed to purchase a Volvo XC70 for comfortable road trip vacations. We had previously owned 2 other Volvo station wagons but currently owned a Toyota RAV4. I was not satisfied with the stability of the RAV4 and it's seating was not comfortable on long trips. We went to our local Volvo dealer and they did little to earn our business. I called Kline Volvo to discuss a XC70 they had in there inventory. That car turned out not to have one of the accessories I wanted. I was speaking to John Rogers and he offered to do a nation wide search for the car with accessories and exterior and interior color I wanted. Within an hour John called back with several cars he had located. The pricing on the new Volvo and my trade from Kline was significantly better than offered by the local dealer. I never started out to buy a car from a dealer 5 + hours fro my home. John, Grant and Melissa spoke to me often on the phone, we exchanged e-mails and purchase documents were exchanged by UPS. Overall it was no more difficult than a local purchase. Everyone at Kline was friendly and professional. When I drove up to pick up the new XC70 I was greeted by John, Grant and Melissa. John was extremely knowledgable on the Volvo features and set-up. It was an enjoyable experience. Before you purchase a Volvo from another dealer I would suggest you give Kline Volvo and John Rogers an opportunity to earn your business. I did and am very satisfied. More
