Able to satisfy even the most demanding customer... Me I just purchased my second Volvo from Kline Volvo. The first purchase was extremely easy because I had actually purchased the identical car at anothe I just purchased my second Volvo from Kline Volvo. The first purchase was extremely easy because I had actually purchased the identical car at another dealer and was treated so poorly when I was taking delivery that I canceled the sale and went to Kline (2.5 hours from home) and bought the same car. Easy sale for Peter! Skip ahead 4 years and I am purchasing my second. This was a bit more of a challenge because the car that I wanted was in short supply and despite their best efforts, every time that I found a car somewhere in the country, it was sold by the time we tried to get it. After losing a couple of cars, Peter called on the sales manager, Grant, to do some real time searching and calling to get me the car I wanted. We still struck out. Finally, after tolerating my rigid requirements, Grant made something work. We were able to get a car add add the missing options. After nearly of month of searching, I now how a car that I love and could not be happier. I would not expect this kind of service from ANY brand but I am glad to have gotten it from a Volvo dealer. Kline Volvo has earned a life long customer (if they want me or not!). If a Volvo is what you are looking for, Kline is the place to buy it. More

Scheduled my Monday appointment online, on Saturday I got a flat tire after running over a sharp piece of metal. On Saturday I looked online to see if I could schedule an appointment for Monday Morning I got a flat tire after running over a sharp piece of metal. On Saturday I looked online to see if I could schedule an appointment for Monday Morning. It was very easy to do. I had a 9:00 appointment, but I knew I was going to be late so I called Scott Mueller and he changed it to 10:00. When I pulled in he was waiting for me. He showed me where to wait and he was back in about 10 minutes with the metal they removed from my tire. The tire had to be replaced. They had it in stock. They put the new tire on and changed the oil and they didn't keep me waiting more than an hour. Excellent service and super nice people to work with! More
