Unfortunately, the buying and financing procedure with the different dealers has usually been a tense, stressful ordeal for me. Even though I enjoy my new car, I usually leave the dealership feeling edgy, bullied, and worried that I didn’t get a fair deal. Then I discovered Volvo. My last two purchases were Volvos, and Karleen Byrnes was my salesperson for both. She’s turned my car buying experience into a joy. Of course I would buy my third Volvo from her. Karleen really takes the time to get to know you and she makes you feel valuable and needed as a customer. It took me over a year with multiple visits to Kline Volvo before I finally decided which model I wanted. Even though the XC70s were getting a little scarce at the time, Karleen found me the exact car and options I was looking for. I feel I received a fair price on my trade-in and Kline Volvo even delivered my car ahead of schedule. I love my new XC70, I love this dealership, and Karleen is the best! More
