This time I called him and described the damage that a chunk of ice had done to the plastic deflector under the front of my car. He ordered the part and scheduled my visit a couple of days later. When it was determined that collateral damage had started an oil leak, he found me a car to drive while we waited for a second unanticipated part. I'm please to be back on the road again. 301K miles and still a pleasure to drive. More
