She is also very knowledgeable about Volvos and I appreciate that. Karleen and the staff at Kline worked hard to find the right car for me and even allowed me to take a car for a four-day test drive to the North Shore (I wouldn't expect them to do that on a regular basis...)! I have had my other Volvos serviced at Kline and have enjoyed good service. More

Always great service! I hit a curb pretty hard and was concerned that I may have done damage to my vehicle. 3 Volvo Vehicles all are great !!! Karleen was very knowledgeable on all three models and followed up with all of questions, etc. After purchasing the XC60, we purchased a V60 and most recently a XC90 T8 hybrid. I had lots of questions about the hybrid and Karleen was able to answer all of my questions. The XC90 T8 replaced a Range Rover and I have to say, the Volvo is assume and I have no regrets switching to Volvo. Karleen and all of the people at Kline Volvo are the best !!
