Stay away from Kline Volvo I am a nice person and usually give a five star for everything I bought. This time, I have to give the lowest rate and recommend the future customers I am a nice person and usually give a five star for everything I bought. This time, I have to give the lowest rate and recommend the future customers stay away from Kline Volvo based on my experiences! I bought a Acura RDX 2010 with around 90,000 miles on it. Before buying this car, I asked salesman and sales manager is there any potential issues I need pay attention to. They always said NO. I just drove around 500 miles (use one and half tank of gas) for around 3 weeks and found the following issues: 1. The tire pressure is low (They even don't check the tire pressure when selling a car!). 2. The engine oil sensor does not work correctly (They forget reset it). 3. The coolant level is low (I bought a coolant to add). 4. There is something wrong with the transmission (I have to pay $358 to replace 3rd clutch sensor in this dealership). More importantly, when they try to fix the problem with the transmission, a service man hit my car accidentally. They said they will fix it but to be honest I never expect a prestigious and trustable dealership will let these kind of things happen! In general, the sales people are nice but based on my experience, I highly doubt they spend enough time to examine the vehicle before selling it. I trust this dealership since the rate is high, but I highly recommend the future customers examine their cars in a third party before buying a used car. Please consider this review seriously when going to this dealership. If you want to buy a used car, please go to another dealership otherwise you will spend so many time and time on repairing your car. P.S. At the beginning, I just save this review as a draft and never send it out. However, after three months, my car has the following issues: 1. Transmission broke again. 2. There is something wrong with the brake system. I hope this review is helpful for the future customers. According to the law, Kline Volvo has no responsibility to repair my car except transmission part since I repaired it here. However, based on my experiences, this is an unprofessional and poor dealership and you'd better stay away from it. In the end, I am still open and Kline Volvo you can call me. In the end, I still hope we can work together to solve the problems even though it unlikely happens. To be fair, it might be a good place to buy a new Volvo, but it definitely be a nightmare if you buy a used car from here. More

The very next day we came back to make the purchase, and again everything went off without a glitch. It was a very quick, effortless process and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Best. Service. Ever. My V70 wouldn't start and had to be towed into Kline. I called Bo Dunaski with a 'heads up' and he fit the repair in the following day. The technicians had to do a treasure hunt of sorts to determine the problem. I was expecting a sizeable bill, but found the repair was far less than anticipated. Bo kept me informed, and the repair was done efficiently and economically...what's not to like? The trip to their shop is long, but the fantastic service is what keeps me coming back. Thanks to Bo Dunaski and his excellent crew! More

Engine problem I have a new XC 90 and the other day I was on the highway near Kine's when the engine lost power. I made a quick call to Bo Dunaski in service and ex I have a new XC 90 and the other day I was on the highway near Kine's when the engine lost power. I made a quick call to Bo Dunaski in service and explained the problem and he stated to bring it in. I was in within fifteen minutes and within a hour a engine scan had been completed, the problem had been determined and I was back on the road within two hours. In addition to the engine a had them install a mud flaps durning the visit. Thanks Bo for the great response. More
