Used Purchase I looked for 10 weeks to find the car I wanted. Although we live in central IL we were willing to travel to Charlotte, San Antonio, Pittsburgh for th I looked for 10 weeks to find the car I wanted. Although we live in central IL we were willing to travel to Charlotte, San Antonio, Pittsburgh for the right deal. We went with Kline & bought a 2016 V60 with < 20k miles. Both Melissa's were great! Unfortunately the 12v ports were not working (who checks that??) but I'm not worried as the car is still under factory warranty! Woo Hoo! More

Quick Fix I recently had a problem with a windshield blade noise problem and it took about 5 minutes at most to have it replaced and I was ready to go. This was just an example of the fast courteous service from Bo Dunaski and Kline Volvo. Mike Theisen has put together a great sales and support team and has earned our current business and all of our future business. We recently replaced 3 family cars with new Volvos and I highly recommend Volvo and especially Kline Volvo. More

Excellent Service Experience This past week I had my Volvo serviced at Kline Volvo and the service advisor was Bo Dunaski. He quickly checked the car in and had the paperwork ready for my signature. He is efficient and does not waste time. The vehicle was finished faster than I expected and Bo reviewed the completed work and answered all my questions. I appreciate his concern for minimizing my time at the dealership. While waiting, Karlene Byrnes noticed me in the customer lounge and stopped over to update me on the V90 introduction and availability. I appreciate her follow through on remembering my interest in the new model. More

Lightning fast service! I stopped in to Kline Volvo with a seat belt recall notice, without an appointment. I sat down in the customer lounge and settled down for what I expe I stopped in to Kline Volvo with a seat belt recall notice, without an appointment. I sat down in the customer lounge and settled down for what I expected to be at least an hour wait. Bo Dunaski in service got me in for the inspection and had my car washed and ready to go in 20 minutes! Amazing service! More

I've never had valet service on a vehicle and after this first experience am very glad I did. They arrived on time to my work location, swapped my 2016 XC90 with a loaner, got the oil change and recall verifications completed, and returned to my door-step without a glitch. Super Service Bo Dunaski was my service advisor on my last visit and I couldn't have been more satisfied. He kept me up to date on the repairs and cost throughout Bo Dunaski was my service advisor on my last visit and I couldn't have been more satisfied. He kept me up to date on the repairs and cost throughout the process. He was also able to have 2 issues addressed that I remembered at the last minute (this is my wife's vehicle). Also, this was my first time at the dealership since they completed the renovations and it is simply the most comfortable service center and waiting area I have ever been in. Great Job Kline Volvo!!!
