Then I got a text message saying the vehicle was sold which I offered to pay in advance for the vehicle to be held and was told i couldnt do so if thats not unprofessional then I cant tell you what is... Knew I still wanted a Volvo, but was hoping for a better experience, so drove 25+ miles further to try the folks at Kline. What a difference! Organized, professional, they let me drive a couple of vehicles, no pressure whatsoever and then found me the car I wanted. Definitely the right experience for someone spending over $50k on an XC90.
