Wow where do I begin! ! I've been leasing and financing cars for about 12 years now and this was one experience to add to the books that I will never forget. Sarkis Karapet ! I've been leasing and financing cars for about 12 years now and this was one experience to add to the books that I will never forget. Sarkis Karapetyan did an AMAZING job helping us. We've been looking for an EX 300 Hybrid for about four months now and all the sales people and other dealerships I worked with were trying to take advantage of me due to the market right now but not Sarkis. At the time we made our inquiry this vehicle was not in stock however, some had been allocated and we're coming to the dealership so a month after my inquiry Sarkis remembered to reach out to us to see if we were still in need of a car. He went above and beyond to work with his boss to get us the best deal possible without being taken advantage of. He then reserved the vehicle for us and kept us updated until it arrived to the dealership. Once it arrived he helped us complete the paperwork electronically and personally delivered the vehicle to us. The transaction was so flawless literally didn't even take an hour to handle everything. He was very through, provided excellent customer service and truly went about and beyond to make sure we're happy. Thanks to him we'll be coming back to Lexus and referring people to him. He deserves a nice raise and promotion. You're truly lucky to have him as an employe!! Many many thanks we are so happy!!! More
I negotiated a deal via email for an incoming car. We agreed on a price, but they demanded that I go in the same day to sign the contract even though I was feeling a bit under the weather. They said i We agreed on a price, but they demanded that I go in the same day to sign the contract even though I was feeling a bit under the weather. They said if I didn’t go in that day to sign the contract, they wouldn’t keep the price. So I went in that night to sign the contract and pay, but they pulled the rug under me and said they couldn’t sell me the car at that price. Then they tried to sell me another car. Needless to say I was disappointed that the hours I spent looking for the exact car I wanted, negotiating with them and driving all the way to the dealership were all for nothing. These guys are snakes. More
I got in talks about getting a car this past Friday as a client backed out of their deal. I spoke with one of the internet sales managers and had pretty much agreed to a price on Saturday evening after a ph client backed out of their deal. I spoke with one of the internet sales managers and had pretty much agreed to a price on Saturday evening after a phone call. The only thing we were waiting on was getting a quote for shipping as I'm located 300 miles away, so pretty much a done deal. Sunday rolls around and I don't hear back until about 3pm with the approved shipping that they'll pay for, so pretty much set deal. I email about 3:30pm to get the details in writing, that was sent, then he sent me a "let me know if you want to make a deal" email, and then about 4:30pm, I say let's get this deal done. Around 5:20pm, I get a phone call from the internet sales guy and he says "the car sold an hour ago". So, this sales team had spent a day of negotiating, and pulls the rug right under me at the last minute. At no point does their team communicate that it's basically a "pre-sold" car. If their argument is going to be there wasn't a deposit, why wasn't I offered that option? The deposit would've been sent in minutes. Complete waste of time with shady practices. They didn't even give me a call to say "hey someone in here is looking at the car" to give me an opportunity to up my price. Instead, they sold it under me and expect me to order through them or see if a trade with another dealership for a similar build will go through. The GM knew xxxx well this deal was in the works as he had to approve the shipping. Trash customer experience and this isn't expected of an established brand such as Lexus. I went to this dealership under the recommendation of a friend and am beyond disappointed. Screw this dealership and their shady practice, shop elsewhere. More

I always purchase Lexus based on service and work of mechanics. I have been going to Van Nuys Lexus for several years; however as my car is aging, I have had to return several times after work was pe mechanics. I have been going to Van Nuys Lexus for several years; however as my car is aging, I have had to return several times after work was performed because sensors and check engine light would come on dashboard. If my old Lexus isn’t serviced as well as I would like or I believe mechanic work is not up to par, then I will search for another dealership owned by different group/individual to purchase my new Lexus. We Buy new a new Lexus every 3 to 4 years but we own an older Lexus with over 250,000. Purchase your Lexus from a different dealership after checking mechanic service reviews if they aren’t good or you have experienced less than stellar mechanic service. More
Sold me a brand new 2021 GX 460 for $60K with no plates or trip permit. They also didn't include the MSO, odometer certificate, or Vin inspection report so I am unable to register this vehicle. I've bee or trip permit. They also didn't include the MSO, odometer certificate, or Vin inspection report so I am unable to register this vehicle. I've been calling for three days and getting the runaround from their staff, Including the general manager, Ramin Hakakian, who you'll notice has not commented on this review, offered any solutions or even an apology. I truly believe new management is in order. I suggest you buy your beautiful Lexus from any other dealership and save yourself the trouble. This place is super scummy. Update: 7/8/21. We were told that the dealership would give us $1000 to remove this Yelp review, but we still don't have ANY paperwork associated with this vehicle or a payment. Funny, they sure are prompt when taking your money. Update, 7/10/21. Oregon has issued me a trip permit good for 6 months (thanks Governor Brown). So I'm driving my new truck finally, no thanks to the predators at Keys, who STILL hasn't provided the MSO, odometer certificate or VIN inspection. Or $1000, as promised. More
