I am so sorry I actually bought the car and you should RUN from this disgusting dealership. More

I’m not rating the dealership, only the service department. Our service manager, Bill Horvat, is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and extremely courteous. I came into the store for a vehicle they listed online at 69K. When they presented the bill of sale, they priced the vehicle at 77K. While I was able to get the online price without too much of a fight, the 69K. When they presented the bill of sale, they priced the vehicle at 77K. While I was able to get the online price without too much of a fight, the fact that they nearly charged me a higher price than the online listing leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Buying a car should, fundamentally, be fun and exciting. The fact that I had to use effort to talk the sales and general manager back to the advertised online price speaks volumes about Keyes’ views on honesty and their extractive business model which targets consumers. What would have happened if I was a just little less knowledgeable? I feel like I had to do WAY TOO MUCH due diligence in order to simply get the advertised price. Keyes Lexus is the biggest Lexus dealer in the country, and seeing how they conducted business today, that fact makes sense. The only reason I did not leave 1 Star was because of the stellar performance of AB, my salesman, who closed the deal when management above his could not. More
I had a very disappointing experience with Keyes Lexus after purchasing my certified NX. After the sale, I learned that several signed documents were not included in the contract packet they provided. Mos after purchasing my certified NX. After the sale, I learned that several signed documents were not included in the contract packet they provided. Most concerning was a $1,495 charge for an SWDS theft deterrent product that was never installed on my vehicle. The SWDS provider confirmed there was no device or subscription connected to my VIN. The dealership initially told me the product couldn’t be canceled, which wasn’t true, and they only sent me the signed SWDS form after I repeatedly requested it. Even now, they are resisting resolving the issue. It’s shocking that a dealership with such a good reputation would jeopardize customer trust over an add-on that was never delivered. Very disappointing and not the level of transparency I expected from Lexus. I tried many times contacting dealer to resolve this amicably but was not successful, I will pursue this matter via legal channel and will not stop until I get my right More

We went to Glendale and Cerritos Lexus and had the most awful experiences. These dealerships have the most predatory and deplorable sales tactics and just customer services overall. They told my mom she had no chance of getting the new GX550. Both locations pushed for her to get a TX and offered a lowball offer for her trade in a 2023 Lexus GX460. I told my mother we should try Van Nuys as I had always been curious to visit. I am so glad we listened to our gut. As soon as we got there we were greeted by Samaneh, Manager of Lexus of Van Nuys and she was so nice and we told her our situation! She immediately got to work and showed us a GX550. This car was amazing to look at. The new GX's are scarce and for them to offer something that exceeded my mother's expectations made us really happy. The biggest thing is that they were able to figure out a good deal better then we can expect. They cared about our previous history of good clients and just respected our good relationship with lexus overall. We got some goodies and some great photos. It was just an incredible interaction. Our family will be returning to Van Nuys again and again. Thank you to the managers Samaneh, Sam, and Christian from Finance. More
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Samaneh Barzegar promised me a deal over text, told me everything was approved and ready, and assured me that I'd be taken care of once I dealership. Samaneh Barzegar promised me a deal over text, told me everything was approved and ready, and assured me that I'd be taken care of once I arrived. When I got there, I was told something completely different. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation -- misleading, dishonest, and frustrating. The staff on the sales floor were rude and unprofessional. John was yelling and raising his voice directly at us, showing zero respect or courtesy. Samaneh was dismissive, unhelpful, and flat-out lied about what she had offered. The entire interaction was hostile and uncomfortable. The only positive experience came from the finance manager, who was kind, patient, and professional. They were the only person who actually showed genuine customer service and made an effort to help. Given the deception, wasted time, and overall treatment, I'm requesting compensation for this awful experience. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB, contacting Lexus corporate, and leaving detailed reviews online so others know how poorly this dealership treats customers. It's shocking that this kind of behavior is allowed under the Lexus name. This dealership adds on extra fees that have no clear explanation. What's worse, depending on who you talk to, you'll get a completely different answer about the same fee. In our case, there was a $434 charge that made absolutely no sense. The salesperson who assisted us couldn't clearly explain what it was for, and when I mentioned that I work at the DMV, it was obvious her explanation didn't add up. Thankfully, the finance manager was kind enough to remove the charge, but the situation left me disappointed. A dealership should be upfront and transparent, especially when it comes to pricing. With this type of service you guys should be out of business!! I was going to be purchasing a 2nd car but it definitely won't be thru Lexus anymore. More
