Khalid was excellent and I would buy another car from him. He communicates clearly with no pressure or stress. He enjoys his job, wants to make sure his clients are happy with their purchase, and he does not rush you or make things stressful. His colleague, Timothy, was also very helpful with my initial test drives. If you go to Keyes Van Nuys, ask for Khalid or Timothy, or both!

Khalid was exceptional. Prompt and polite service with the best interest of the buyer in mind. Professional during the test drive making sure you can hear the car. He took care of me making sure I got a second key and floor mats. Highly recommend this dealership, and Khalid, specifically!

I originally shared this review on Google, but I’m adding it here on DealerRater as well so that other buyers can be aware of my experience. This experience took place on May 14, 2025. I was in communication with a salesperson (Fajad Mohamed) and had chosen a Lexus RX 350 to purchase. Based on our conversations, I drove over two hours to their location, fully expecting to finalize the deal. When I arrived, I was told the car had already been sold to someone else. I received no courtesy call or update. Instead, they offered to sell me another vehicle — which was more expensive than the one I had originally planned to buy. This was a complete waste of time and showed a serious lack of professionalism. If this is how they treat committed buyers, I can’t imagine the service after a purchase. I do not recommend this dealership.
