This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Samaneh Barzegar promised me a deal over text, told me everything was approved and ready, and assured me that I'd be taken care of once I dealership. When I got there, I was told something completely different. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation -- misleading, dishonest, and frustrating. The staff on the sales floor were rude and unprofessional. John was yelling and raising his voice directly at us, showing zero respect or courtesy. Samaneh was dismissive, unhelpful, and flat-out lied about what she had offered. The entire interaction was hostile and uncomfortable. The only positive experience came from the finance manager, who was kind, patient, and professional. They were the only person who actually showed genuine customer service and made an effort to help. Given the deception, wasted time, and overall treatment, I'm requesting compensation for this awful experience. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB, contacting Lexus corporate, and leaving detailed reviews online so others know how poorly this dealership treats customers. It's shocking that this kind of behavior is allowed under the Lexus name. This dealership adds on extra fees that have no clear explanation. What's worse, depending on who you talk to, you'll get a completely different answer about the same fee. In our case, there was a $434 charge that made absolutely no sense. The salesperson who assisted us couldn't clearly explain what it was for, and when I mentioned that I work at the DMV, it was obvious her explanation didn't add up. Thankfully, the finance manager was kind enough to remove the charge, but the situation left me disappointed. A dealership should be upfront and transparent, especially when it comes to pricing. With this type of service you guys should be out of business!! I was going to be purchasing a 2nd car but it definitely won't be thru Lexus anymore. More

He was pushing dealer add ons and was on his phone the whole time talking to me. The guy I signed the contract with was great as well. He had all the paperwork ready and was out in less than 30mins. Keyes Lexus is a wonderful dealership that has many vehicles to choose from. I was able to select the car I wanted by researching online and then making an appointment with Ruman Sayed, the Internet sa vehicles to choose from. I was able to select the car I wanted by researching online and then making an appointment with Ruman Sayed, the Internet salesperson. Ruman was very friendly and accomodating in assisting in getting the car I wanted. After negotiating the price, Sales Manager, Sam Santoso finalized our deal which honestly. Finally, Christian Zeron, Finance Manager honestly reviewed all the add-onss which would deem necessary for my new vehicle before signing the contract. All in all, Keyes Lexus is a wonderful dealership that provides excellent customer service while providing an array of quality cars. For me, honesty goes a long way. Khalid was excellent and I would buy another car from him. He communicates clearly with no pressure or stress. I was in communication with a salesperson (Fajad Mohamed) and had chosen a Lexus RX 350 to purchase. Based on our conversations, I drove over two hours to their location, fully expecting to finalize the deal. When I arrived, I was told the car had already been sold to someone else. I received no courtesy call or update. Instead, they offered to sell me another vehicle — which was more expensive than the one I had originally planned to buy. This was a complete waste of time and showed a serious lack of professionalism. If this is how they treat committed buyers, I can’t imagine the service after a purchase. I do not recommend this dealership. More
