Salesperson was very helpful, not pushy. Overall, not worth the drive to the dealership. Purchased a Pre-owned vehicle, only to find...vehicle was someone elses headache. The gentlemen I worked with at Jones Pre-Owned were friendly, flexible, and accomodating. My salesman (Charlie) and his managers (Myron, Todd) were always friendly and easy to work with even during so friendly, flexible, and accomodating. My salesman (Charlie) and his managers (Myron, Todd) were always friendly and easy to work with even during some tough negotiating which included a trade-in I was upside down in financially and a last minute request to have the car certified. They provided me with options and ideas so that my husband and I could ultimately make the best financial decision. Although they kept lines of communication going I never felt pressured or hurried to make quick decisions. John walked me through all the paperwork providing addtitional options, warranties, etc but was never pushy or overbearing. They also were accomodating when it came to providing extra detailing time in an effort to get some interior spots out of the carpet and upholstery which made me feel they really wanted me happy when I drove off the lot. Before I left I mentioned the vehicle was missing its manual, a second key, and the jack kit and quite frankly I didn't think much effort would be put into getting them since I had already signed the papers and was heading out the door. But I've already received a call from Charlie that shows he is following up on trying to get those last little items handled for me. If their customer service stays at this level they have me as a customer for life. More

Charlie was extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and wonderful to work with. We took the van for a test drive and he encouraged us to check out all the features of the van. He has called us several times to check on how we like the van and arranged for an extra key and service appointment for us.
