The gentlemen I worked with at Jones Pre-Owned were friendly, flexible, and accomodating. My salesman (Charlie) and his managers (Myron, Todd) were always friendly and easy to work with even during so friendly, flexible, and accomodating. They provided me with options and ideas so that my husband and I could ultimately make the best financial decision. Although they kept lines of communication going I never felt pressured or hurried to make quick decisions. John walked me through all the paperwork providing addtitional options, warranties, etc but was never pushy or overbearing. They also were accomodating when it came to providing extra detailing time in an effort to get some interior spots out of the carpet and upholstery which made me feel they really wanted me happy when I drove off the lot. Before I left I mentioned the vehicle was missing its manual, a second key, and the jack kit and quite frankly I didn't think much effort would be put into getting them since I had already signed the papers and was heading out the door. But I've already received a call from Charlie that shows he is following up on trying to get those last little items handled for me. If their customer service stays at this level they have me as a customer for life. More

Charlie was extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and wonderful to work with. We took the van for a test drive and he encouraged us to check out all the features of the van. I purchased a car from Jones Junction approximately two weeks ago with the impression that this dealer was really about satisfying the customer. Unfortunately after the car is sold the customer service go weeks ago with the impression that this dealer was really about satisfying the customer. Unfortunately after the car is sold the customer service goes out the window. The whole promise "we will give you a rental when you car is being worked on" is a joke. First of all you have to call and remind them that you have an appointment, and second they will forget your rental car. If you're lucky you get one by the next day. As far as the body work and repairs, they do as little as they have to in order to say that something was done. Probably my worst mistake is communicating over the phone, from now on I'll get EVERYTHING in writing. Horrible Service, the people that work there should be ashamed of themselves. I most definitely will not recommend this dealer to anyone else, two friends of mine have witnessed the unprofessionalism of the sales person I've dealt with. It's unfortunate that they convince you that they are such a good company in the beginning, because I'm usually skeptical and I believed them. My mistake... now I'm stuck with a twenty six thousand dollar car that they will not repair. More
