Predatory, Dishonest, and Dehumanizing Experience – Stay Away from Jones Junction I went to Jones Junction Used Car Superstore with a friend to purchase a vehicle we had seen the day before. We were neg Away from Jones Junction I went to Jones Junction Used Car Superstore with a friend to purchase a vehicle we had seen the day before. We were negotiated to $13,000 out the door, with me putting $8,000 down and my friend financing the rest at 14% interest. The car was in great shape aside from minor cosmetic issues, but the dealership told us that Spencer couldn’t get financing due to his lack of credit history. We left disappointed. The next day, Jackie (our salesperson both days) called my friend to say financing was now possible. We returned, only to find out the original vehicle had been sold. We told Jackie A Coco Jr we were interested in something similar — under $10,000, possibly a Fusion, Focus, or Corolla. He continued showing us cars over our budget until I asked him to search more appropriately. He came back with a 2012 Toyota Corolla priced under $10k. The car was in poor condition: a cheap aftermarket radio, damaged interior, center console held together by a single wood screw, peeling door seals, and signs of heavy prior use as a fleet vehicle. The car had multiple past repairs (including two alignments), and was valued on Kelley Blue Book at $5,000–$8,000 — but they tried to sell it to us for $12,000. When I brought up KBB, Jackie dismissed it as invalid because “they don’t sell cars.” and "just a consumer tool" He ignored, dismissed and steamrolled through the process. gaslighting my friend the whole time. Despite telling Jackie that my friend is a waiter going back to school and I am a terminal cancer patient with no income, he continued to pressure us into a bad deal. He refused to negotiate, refused to waive the documentation fee, ignored my requests (twice) to shop for our own auto loan, and took advantage of my friend’s desperation. Things escalated when I asked about his commission. Jackie got angry, asked me to step outside, then cussed me out and pointed his finger in my face in a threatening manner. I stayed calm and continued to ask questions. He eventually stormed off. I reported this to a manager. My friend canceled the deal and watched them shred the paperwork. This was an incredibly upsetting and dehumanizing experience. The dishonesty, emotional manipulation, and disrespect were unacceptable. I will never purchase a car from Jones, and I will actively warn others not to either More
How can you say that you have 7 days to return a vehicle and have that printed on paperwork in store but don't stand by that statement and have that printed on paperwork in store but don't stand by that statement More

Texting on Facebook with Alyson about a 21 toyota highlander. Told I need to make a appointment for a voucher and trade in assistance. Made appointment, which they requested, at 530. Made appointm highlander. Told I need to make a appointment for a voucher and trade in assistance. Made appointment, which they requested, at 530. Made appointment around 330. Showed up at 520. Wallace the GM wasn't even there. The car wasn't there either allegedly out on a test drive with someone else. Salesman wanted my license right away even though the car or GM Wallace wasn't there. What is the purpose of making a appointment that the dealership requested? Ask GM to call me no response. Horrible experience total waste of time and money. Go elsewhere More
Just bought a 2019 RAV4 and spent over $30,000 to find out the front license plate was hiding 6 holes in the bumper. The fixed it for free, but returned it with a backed into tailgate. I had to return it out the front license plate was hiding 6 holes in the bumper. The fixed it for free, but returned it with a backed into tailgate. I had to return it again and get that fixed. I worked with Tim Carter and Eddie to fix all of the issues and they were GREAT! They made sure I was happy and had excellent communication. I would say it has been a rough start the this buying experience, but appreciate their dedication to making thing right. More

Both the salesperson Tyler and the finance manager Luis put my fears to rest with honest conversation and respect, something that seems to be missing in most retail transactions these days. Two hours later the deal was done and I was ready to drive away in my new ride. Thank you Jones Junction for making the process quick and painless! More
Good buying experience, lack luster post sale experience. My buying experience with the Jones Junction Pre-Owned Superstore was good. From my first emails, Steve was able to reply within a reasonable time and would let me know if there would be any delays in communication: i.e. he was off or was with other customers. We were able to work through a deal via email/text, which made things very convenient. Dave, one of the managers, was straight to the point and coming from the business, I enjoyed not having to go back and forth until we reached an agreement. My post sale experience has a lot to be desired. The truck I purchased didn't have a second key/fob, and when I asked if I could get one, I was told the deal I got was too good and they couldn't include it. Several weeks after the purchase, I received a text stating I would receive a key/fob via Fed-Ex. It's been two weeks and still no key. I've followed up and haven't received a reply, so ended up purchasing a key/fob on my own. Also, when I came to test drive the truck, it was empty. I paid to fill it up since I took it home to show my wife, and wasn't even offered to be reimbursed for the fuel when I took delivery two days later. Added to the empty tank, the truck wasn't even cleaned, nor was I offered an opportunity to come back to have it detailed. Again, something I paid for out of pocket after the sale. I would figure that since I wasn't receiving the $2,300 "Jones for Life" program due to living too far away, a key/fob or a full tank of diesel or a detail would have been a fair concession. If you're looking for a fair deal, and don't want to go back and forth, Jones Junction is easy to deal with. However, expect very little after the sale, especially if you don't live in their area.
