The dealership followed up very quickly to my online inquiry about the vehicle I found online. When I talked with Matt on the phone he was very friendly which gave me confidence to go and look at the v inquiry about the vehicle I found online. Once there Matt basically asked me to give him a monthly payment that I was looking for and they were able to just about meet my request. Once that was done everything went smooth as far as financing and they got me a good rate for the vehicle. Of course, the proof will be in the next few years but I've had good experience with Toyota vehicles and I don't expect this to be different. One negative if there was one was I think I could have got a little more for my trade. Overall though it was a very good experience, especially with the salesman Matt Ebanks. More
