The people at Jones were really great. My wife needed a new car and because of our budget we had to go with a used car instead of new (we had always bought new previously). I had done some homewark and fou new car and because of our budget we had to go with a used car instead of new (we had always bought new previously). I had done some homewark and found a used Pontiac on their website that was in our budget. We took it out for a test drive and found that it wasn't the car for us, to little headroom and the rear had a lot of noise. Back at the dealership they asked what we were looking for and I told them that we wanted an American made car from an American car company with as little mileage as possible, and for our payments to be no more than the figure we were comfortable. They informed us they had just gotten in a 2009 Chevy Malibu with only 41,000 miles on it and when we figured our finances we were within our budget. The car was just being inspected and serviced and they said they'd hold it for us to come back to test drive. My wife took it out the next day and loved it. We noticed though that the passager rear view mirror housing was damaged. They have assured us that it will be repaired. Overall we are very happy with our experience at Jones and with our first used car. More

I just bought my preowned Jeep Liberty at Jones Preowned Superstore and i love it! Our salesman was great. Overall I feel fairly satisfied with the dealership. There are some concerns I wasn't real comfortable with. I'm confused about warranty given on the used car I bought. Mr Johnson explained a "Secret warranty" given on used cars. Even after asking him to explain it a second time I'm still confussed. He provided a printed paper describing different warranty periods for different manufactures. I understood from his explaination that this would be the warranty provided by Jones Junction. But after speaking to the "finance Man". He explained that there was an extended warranty offered for $1950.00. Now I'm even more confussed. There a few other items I'm not satisfied with. There is some cosmetic situations with the car that I did not notice for a few days. The car is used so I will have to live with it. Also I didn't like the price game about the car. There was a reconditioning fee added to the price ,so I got focused on negotiating it and not the price of the car itself. I feel it caused me to pay more for the car. The manager did try to satisfy me with some repairs that will be done in the future. This make me feel better. Mr Johnson did give me a Carfax for me to look at before I bought. But tha Carfax was not complete with all damage on the vehicle. More
