I purchased a new Honda CR-V from John Eagle at the end of January. Overall I had a great experience! Especially with my salesman, Chris Spisak. He was very down to earth, candid, and never made me feel pressured at all. Definitely ask for him if you want a relaxed experience with a nice guy! I also worked with Duck Manning during the negotiations and it was definitely a fun time. We were all eager to make a deal and I got a pretty good one along with Honda's special low apr financing so I'm super happy about that. My experience with finance after agreeing on the OTD price was a bit rushed which was a little disappointing. To be fair, it was 9:30pm once we started finalizing things so I'm sure the finance guy just wanted to go home. On the plus side he didn't try to hard sell any extra warranties...but again that's probably because we wanted to wrap up fast. Ultimately my experience with Chris was really good and I got the OTD price and special apr that I wanted in the end along with some extras so it's still 5/5 for me. Thanks!! More
The dealership is mostly clean and Chris was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Everything was relatively fine and we went back and forth a little on the price (about 3 times until we made a deal) knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once we were handed off to financing it took FOREVER, I arrived at 9am, didn’t finish signing my paperwork until around 2pm and then I had to wait an entire hour just to get my new car from detailing. The dealership didn’t have the color I wanted so Chris had to pick up the car at another dealer close by. Which is fine and I understand. However what wasn’t fine was having to wait an additional hour to get the car because detailing was backed up. Also the women’s bathroom wasn’t in the best shape, it was clean but one of the sinks was out of service and it could’ve used an upgrade. More
There was a mix-up with getting the plates sent to us for our new van we purchased from Fred Eagle. The temporary plates were expiring today and the new plates wouldn't get from the dealership to our house f our new van we purchased from Fred Eagle. The temporary plates were expiring today and the new plates wouldn't get from the dealership to our house for a few days by mail, so Maria ended up driving all the way to our house to drop off the plates to us in person! Now THAT'S customer service! Great job, Fred Eagle, and thank you Maria! More
