Great Experience I was in an unexpected accident and purchasing a new vehicle was by far the easiest part of the process! Ben my salesman, was very helpful with my situation, stayed within my budget, was not pushy or pressuring me into any vehicle i didn't want, even brought me hot cookies while my paperwork was being processed! This dealership overall was incredibly accommodating with everything, I got a full tank of gas during the test drive, i was able to leave my rental vehicle with them to be picked up, and they were incredibly accommodating with me on down payment terms. The Finance guy was wonderful, explained everything clearly one time, and the overall process was very fast and convenient. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in a pinch or unexpectedly purchasing a new vehicle!! More
Recall xxxx My truck with 50,000 had its engine seize due to the water pump having been faulty in manufacturing. Had my truck towed here since they said they could look at it the next day. I informed them of the recall since I called when I found out it was the pump. 4 days later they finally look at it and conclude the engine has seized due to as I told them the water pump. They can’t handle it and now I have to have it towed to another dealership. I don’t think they have a clue what they are doing and I have wasted almost a week with them and now have to go through the whole process again. Oh and also the are fighting paying for a rental even though it is a faulty party in a vehicle they sold. Never again will I get a dodge I am going back to Toyota much better quality and service More

Stay away Worst customer service ever! I wish I would have listened to some of the reviews before purchasing my Jeep from Jim Shorkey. I'm having the same issue Worst customer service ever! I wish I would have listened to some of the reviews before purchasing my Jeep from Jim Shorkey. I'm having the same issues that many other customers are experiencing. I purchased my Jeep in November and they could not find the second key so they gave me their word that if I took the Jeep that day they would get me the second key within a few days. That was in November and here it is almost February and they do not return phone calls and I have been to the dealership three separate occasions just to get a key made and they give me a different excuse every time telling me why they can't give me one. Finally on my last attempt they offered to give me a list of dealerships that carry the key in stock but I would have to purchase it. At this point I'm just going to pay the $200 myself and have one made at another dealership. Please pay attention to this review and do not go to Jim Shorkey for your next vehicle More

We bought our car (a Toyota Venza, GREAT vehicle, no buyer's remorse here) in August 2017 and called w Worst car buying experience we've had to date. We bought our car (a Toyota Venza, GREAT vehicle, no buyer's remorse here) in August 2017 and called w/in 24 hours of purchase to cancel our warranty service (among other cleaning services/lux care which were never completed on the car despite us bringing it in 3 separate times for it to be done), and here we are, January 2018 and the warranty has not yet been cancelled. We even spoke to the owner in late August who assured us that he would "fast track" the refund due to us and it has yet to be completed. Everyone at this location has lied to us, passed us of to someone else, or avoids our numerous calls and texts. I wanted to write a review right after all of this happened in August, but I thought I'd give them time to make things right, and 5 months later we're still dealing with this. Buyer beware. More
Horrible from start to finish I bought a vehicle from this location and the sales person was good but everything other than that was a nightmare. They had a guy go fill it up while I bought a vehicle from this location and the sales person was good but everything other than that was a nightmare. They had a guy go fill it up while I was filling out the paper work and the guy but the curb. I was unable to leave with the vehicle and had to drive an hour and a half back up the following weekend to pick up the car. When they called and said the car was ready to be picked up I told Then I would be there in 2 hours. When I arrived no one had any idea what I was talking about. No one could find the keys and they said the car hadent been cleaned yet. They didnt have the car ready when they had had it for an extra week waiting on a part. I have received multiple calls from there service department wanting me to schedule servicing when I don't even live in the area. Then 60 days later I Have not received my new title and there title office doesn't seem to want to answer the phone. I have been sent to 4 different lines this morning, none of which have picked up. I picked this dealer due to the price of the car but I don't know if it was worth all of the headache. I just can't wait to be done with them. More

My comments/feedback are based on what I observed while buying my vehicle on a typical Saturday. The physical building is showing its age. The sales, service and parts departments are in desperate need of a physical overhaul. Compared to other area dealers their facilities are sub-par at best. Horrible 90's music piped through an outdated 70v PA system, the usual stale popcorn and 'blah coffee'. Sadly, leadership is clearly pushing the old school "four square" sales technique, and as usual the F&I guys are the best salesmen on the floor. If you're bringing your young children with you be aware that there is no "family" waiting area. The kids zone consist of two small chairs in the middle of the sales floor with a single dingy play table. If you can afford to, leave the little ones at home as this is a recipe for disaster... I have yet to have my vehicle in for service... but the fact that they called me and tried to schedule an oil change outside of the factory recommended period tells me what I need to know. Bottom line... you can do worse - but I have yet to find a "5" star dealer in Pittsburgh. More

On 11/29/17 I made an appointment to come and look at a certified pre-owned Dodge Durango R/T the following day 11/30/17. I spoke with Andrea who was extremely nice and courteous. The next day around 10am I got a phone call from a salesman (Tristan) who told me that he would be my salesman and asked me what vehicles I was interested in. I told him the only vehicle I was interested in was the 2017 Durango R/T. He told me they would have it ready for me to look at when I arrived later that day. Around 2pm I got another phone call, this time from a sales manager (Dan) who wanted to confirm my appointment again. He also asked me what vehicle I was looking at and again I told him the same vehicle. He also assured me that they would have it ready for when I got there at 6pm. I got to the dealership around 605pm. Traffic is horrible this time of night in the city and I was coming from 20 mins away. I got to the dealership and spoke with Tristan. Very nice salesman and a fellow veteran. After about 10 mins of talking he went to look for the Durango. He came back about 10 mins later and told me another salesman let someone take it home to show their wife for the night. Not only was I disappointed but I was really upset. At that point I had told 3 separate people about the only vehicle I wanted to look at and it was almost like a blatant slap in the face. I felt and still feel like this dealership does not care about their customers. I just hope they don't treat all their other customers like this. More
