An employee drove a customers car to the mall and left the keys on the front seat! The owner found the car with groceries in the passenger. Scott is a very good salesperson to work with, he understood my budget and did not try to pressure me into buying something I knew I didn't want. He worked with me to get my payment to where it neede understood my budget and did not try to pressure me into buying something I knew I didn't want. 11/01/2023 I am unfortunately leaving a very bad review of this dealership. I sold my Jeep to this dealership on September 1st, 2023. I arranged in advance the date and time to make the sale. Midway thro of this dealership. I sold my Jeep to this dealership on September 1st, 2023. I arranged in advance the date and time to make the sale. Midway through the paperwork, the rep told me they were unable to provide a check on that date, but would mail me the check for it. It is now November 1, 2023, and I have not received the money. I have called many times and been told various reasons why my "checks's not in the mail ". This is not what I expect from a supposedly reputable car dealership. And if anyone reading this can tell me what organization overseas dealerships( Better Business Bureau?), please let me know. That will be my next step. Absolutely reprehensible behavior. More

Promises or callback have never be fullfilled. On a side note the sale team are top notch! They have bent backward try to fix the service dept. Mishaps! Jesse, Manager (did not get his last name) was easy to work with and made the buying process easy and quick. Jeff Robinson was my sales person and lacked experience. When I went to pick up my Grand Cherok work with and made the buying process easy and quick. Jeff Robinson was my sales person and lacked experience. When I went to pick up my Grand Cherokee it was parked off a way in the parking lot and the car was covered in black little specks all over the roof and the hood. Jeff explained it was parked under a tree and he didn’t notice how dirty it was. He then asked if I wanted it run thru the car wash. I’m not sure why that was even a question but he ran it thru the car wash and brought it back all wet thinking this was acceptable. My husband asked for the manager and unfortunately Jesse was off and Alfred Collymore, the assistant manager was behind the desk in the showroom. He told him it was the worst car delivery he had ever experienced and the car was filthy when Jeff knew we were coming to pick it up. Alfred was rude and arrogant stating I have no idea who you are, what you bought or who your salesman is. Instead of asking questions to help the situation he repeated several times he knew nothing about the situation. He never got up out of his seat to see the condition of the car or try to resolve the situation. Dan Philips, who was standing nearby and heard the conversation came over and said I will take care of this and have your car detailed right away. He came back and assured us he had 3 guys detailing the car and apologized for the wait. When the car came out it was clean and dry. Alfred never got out of his seat and should not be managing a car dealership with his attitude. Dan who is an inventory manager knew more about customer service than Alfred. So yes the delivery of my vehicle ruined the start of a good experience. I will not be returning to Jim Shorkey to purchase a vehicle. More

Instead of being happy the next day I found that tailgate was CRACKED and the paint bubbling issue that was promised to be repaired with this $6000 extended warranty, i was then told was not covered!! I was forced to hire a lawyer and they still had my jeep for over 4 solid months. I drove my jeep less than 2 months of paying $750/month on a jeep that I technically owned for 8 months at the time! They are HORRIBLE and I would NEVER recommend them!! More
Incomplete repairs , was unable to get warranty repairs finished until I took to another dealership that determined it was Shorkey’s service team errors that caused the ongoing problem, once presented with finished until I took to another dealership that determined it was Shorkey’s service team errors that caused the ongoing problem, once presented with the evidence from another dealership that stated they would gladly reimburse / never happened - they then said they would work out a deal on trade in that included the reimbursement $ in the deal, A few days later I went in to look at a 49k price advertised Ram but when I got there & crunched the numbers, they changed the price to a 53k base price ram due to some special US bank program only to get the 49k price , nothing was in the advertisement stating this, I am still waiting for reimbursement that said they would give 3 months later & they don’t even return my calls now. Definitely never buying a new vehicle from that location again, guessing I gotta go file a claim if I havv be e any hopes of getting reimbursed for the $ they cost me / not even gonna talk about the dmg the incomplete repairs did to shorten life of the vehicle.. More
