I ended up leasing a car that day, which I didn't think would happen. While we were waiting for finance, jacob kindly took my sister and I next door for lunch. He is one of the nicest people I have met. He wasn't annoying, intense, up in your face, or cocky...like many car salesman are. He was genuine, patient, caring and listened to what I could afford. He worked with my sister and I so well. I would recommend Jacob at the jim Shorkey location in north hills. He was just great. Thanks for everyone, Jacob! More
Sales Manager I went there to check into buying an expensive dodge car. It was the most expensive car I ever bought, over $71,000. I had discussed buying an end of the year deal or having one built. I tried to reach a deal with the sales manager - "Justin" . When we could not come to an agreement he became angry and started shouting at us in a loud voice. He was talking so loud that other people in the showroom were looking at him. I tried to talk with the manager 3 times. He was always tied up and could not talk to me. I was finally able to talk about it to a low level manager who acted like he could care less and described Justin as "usually low keyed" I wonder if I was talking to a real manager? I tend to pursue this further until I find someone who can do something about the treatment I received. This dealership has a history of low ratings among customer reviews. I did find a car at another dealership and bought it. Chrysler sent a survey out and I let them know about my experience. More

The receptions immediately transferred me to Tristan, whom provided me with all the information about the vehicle and had it waiting for me when I arrived. Tristan was knowledgeable, informative and personable. He made the car buying process very easy. I was very pleased to with the service I received, and I would definitely recommend Jim Shorkey to others. I love my new Jeep! More

By far far WORST experience buying a a new vehicle. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! Everything that went wrong did. They actually worked up the wrong car onto my paperwork. Ended up making multiple trips to Pittsburgh. Typical cocky, all about themselves dealership. Stay far far away from these people. More

Full story: After over 30 emails back and forth with several associates (of various levels), a handful of phone calls, sorting through the loan process with my credit union, and a 1.5 hour 70 mile drive (one way): the car listed online had undisclosed damage, with photos posted photoshopped to hide it. When I arrived at the dealership, the agent that was supposed to have met me 'had to step out.' I had to hear from a junior level associate about how the vehicle 'may have been damaged on the lot' (which implausible as it may be, nobody thought to tell me before making the drive there) - and that they would 'happily' REPAIR the damage to the vehicle more than a week later, and 'allow' me to buy the car for the SAME price. I left, asking that the original associate meant to meet me call as soon as possible, and went to lunch. After 2 hours in the city with no response, I made the 1.5 hour drive home. I immediately wrote an emailed request to return the loan check to my credit union as soon as possible (per their requirements), and was assured it would be followed through. It took several weeks, and several additional unresponded-to emails and phone calls/messages, before the dealership finally (incorrectly) returned the loan check to me (not my credit union as requested). One month later, now that I have my money back, I'm happy to report I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership - and would not recommend it for any future potential shoppers. More

Very bad service Twice I have taken my jeep to this place for work to be done. First was warranty work on the front axels of the car. They replaced them free as the warranty covered but when I got the car back it was shaking very badly brought it back had to argue with them to look what the problem was . Here it was that they didn't tighten the axels down. Second time was a simple oil change and tire rotation. I got the car back and the front tire was shaking. They didn't tighten the lug nuts on the tire. My wife drives three little kids in this car. This dealerships is gonna kill someone with they're shotty and inability to tighten a nut . Pathetic More
Not a good service experience. I can understand a service center being busy, but when you SCHEDULE a simple oil change it should not take an HOUR AND A HALF to complete. I did arrive 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. Not only did I sit and wait for an hour and a half for this oil change, but when I walked back to the service desk, saw my vehicle parked in a different spot than it was (indicating to me that they had serviced the vehicle), the tech saw me standing there and jumps up saying "I just have to finish your paperwork", at which time he got up walked the receipt and keys to me. I am very disappointed. I do not know if it has anything to do with the change in ownership, however, when the $60+K truck was purchased from Mick's, we did have a great dealership experience with the sales team. More
