I have been slow to post this review but we received exceptional service from this dealership over theLabor Day weekend. We were on our way from Manhattan to our home in Pittsburgh when we lost the powe exceptional service from this dealership over theLabor Day weekend. We were on our way from Manhattan to our home in Pittsburgh when we lost the power of acceleration. We limped into the dealership and Nicolo Todaro and the team quickly identified the problem and had us back on the road in 90 minutes. Something to do with the speed sensor and a rodent biting through the cable. The whole team were efficient, friendly and went out of their way to assist us. And all this on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. And there was no charge!! Unbelievable!! I just wish we lived close enough to have this dealership take care of our car on a regular basis. I had the pleasure of having Michael C. as my salesperson. He not only has the knowledge and expertise of the Kia I was considering but of the competitors cars I had seen before going to him. He was extremely professional and attentive to my multiple questions and displayed this with great patience. He made my transition into my new car a pleasurable experience. From purchasing my old car from me to driving out with my new Kia all in one visit. Overall experience was seamless and not stressful at all. I recommend him highly !!! More
Came in on a Saturday, found the perfect car but found out they add almost 20% markup over the MSRP. I feel bad for the customers who actually do business with this dealer and accept those ridiculous mark out they add almost 20% markup over the MSRP. Michael Camilleri Is a piece of xxxx, he tried to over charge me by $10000 for a Kia Sportage. For the Sportage that cost $28000 by the time he finished punching his numbers the total was $38000, and th charge me by $10000 for a Kia Sportage. I drove over to bridge water Kia and got the same suv for $29000 if it want for my capital one loan that monitors what you buy and the rates, he would have rob me blind. He needs his license revoked and they need to close down the whole dealership because all are crooks and support each other’s xxxxxxxxx. More

My experience with kia ev specialist Baltazar gonzalez was one that will not be forgotten. I Went into the dealership with my son after a scheduled appointment for an ev6 and was told by a salesman that I was one that will not be forgotten. I Went into the dealership with my son after a scheduled appointment for an ev6 and was told by a salesman that I had to prequalify before test driving the car. Much to my surprise this was not mentioned to me over the phone and I explained to the salesman that I was interested in test driving and not prequalifying. The salesman left and came back with Baltazar who told me that I had to prequalify for this vehicle before test driving it, otherwise all customers would come in for test drives and put hundreds of miles on the car which was limited due to the ongoing chip shortage. I explained to him that I was aware of the chip shortages and that I had a Mustang mach e outside to which he replied "NO one is lining up to buy that car." After basically calling my car trash I decided to end our conversation and walked out. I was really insulted, there is no need to talk to people like that. One should have a little class and try to sell cars and not insult potential customers. I am an owner of a Mustang mach e, my wife has a Tesla model y and my son a Nissan leaf. We wanted to buy a car that has more range than the leaf. We test drove a Hyundai Ioniq 5 last week and a Telsa model 3 yesterday and I wasn't asked to pre qualify before test driving. To top this terrible experience, every ev6 we saw had a markup of $10k. More

Tried to buy a car. They never call you back when they say. Was mid negations when they sold the car out from under me. Said the manager got in a car accident and could not call me back.
